This place is in everyway awesome! The staff are awesome and easy to talk with. The doctor took time to show me how to cut my puppies long nails. I adopted Max 5 weeks ago and took her to 4 different vets and this is the place where I'll continue to go! And they have parking! Want to give another shout out to this fantastic vet they saved my dog. Didn't know what was going on with my dog and they diagnosed her with Addisons disease and give her the care she needed. Thank you again for taking care of her!

Dr. Murphy and her team are amazing. They are smart, responsive and very kind. We have had only great experiences with the whole team.

Dr. Murphy and her team (Amanda and Cynthia) are a gift to pet parents! I brought my dog to see a couple of other vets and just wasn't comfortable that they were a good fit as they seemed to prioritize profits over good care. I decided to try West Wrigley Animal Hospital based on a recommendation from a friend and our experiences here have been fabulous! Dr. Murphy is thorough without recommending anything excessive, the prices/rates are more than fair, and it's obvious both she and her team love caring for animals! If you need a vet or are going to one that you aren't entirely satisfied with, I would highly recommend this team!

DON'T BOTHER CALLING! They haven't accepted any new clients for over a year now! I call to try and make an appt and am told they aren't accepting new clients but, they will take your number and say that the vet will call you back to discuss things. And you never get a call back. Not professional and they truly don't care about any animal that they aren't already extracting money from.

Prior to West Wrigley Animal Hospital, I was taking my 3 y/o ACD to VCA. My rescue dog previously had some dental damage in her past life and needed 12 teeth removed. After being recommended to West Wrigley by a friend, I took my dog in for a dental estimate and found that West Wrigley was able to do the same procedure and quality of work for significantly less. Dr. Murphy also went above and beyond and followed up with a local dental expert for a second opinion.

All staff at West Wrigley are attentive and friendly - always remembering my dog and me when we are at the front door for check ups and kindly checking in on how she was after every procedure. I highly recommend West Wrigley to all my friends and am sad that I am moving. I hope to find a veterinary clinic just like West Wrigley at my new location :

LOVE this clinic. I've been bringing my dog (mini poodle mix) here since moving to Chicago and Dr. Murphy has been great. She's always super clear about my dogs needs and treatment options for any issues.

Very lucky I found Dr Murphy's practice. Not only is Dr Murphy brilliant, but everything was taken care of so quickly. They even have nail clipping services for my puppy. I would not trust anyone else.

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Murphy for 10 years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else in the city. She's great with even our most anxious dog, takes the time to answer all our questions, and has been amazing with our dogs from puppyhood to old age. The office even sent me a card after one of our dogs passed away from old age. And her staff has always been kind, gentle, and trustworthy with our pets. Doesn't matter what neighborhood we move to or the fact that we don't own a car - we make our way back to this vet every time.

They even take the time to make a follow up call and check in and give you test results over the phone. Dr. Murphy always takes her time, explains her process and I never feel rushed. I look forward to visits with the entire staff and would highly recommend this practice to anyone. I know my dog is in great hands!

We had a big scare with our mini dachshund, who ate some rat poisin outside of a nearby restaurant, but Dr. Murphy and the amazing team at West Wrigley saved the day! The team is always kind and helpful. We have been visiting the office for about a year now, and couldn't recommend them more!

They do a wonderful job with our cat Smokey, who can be a bit difficult at times. The staff there sung to her to calm her down! This place comes recommended by one of the top zoological vets in the country. Expect top-notch care and friendly service every visit!

I've been taking Fozzie to West Wrigley Animal Hospital for over 5 years. Drs. Murphy and Scott are the best diagnosticians and most caring animal doctors I've ever met. We were there on 7/22/2019 and they prescribed medication for allergies, clipped Fozzie's nails, and suggested products for his arthritis. No wait. Vet techs. are also awesome.caring and knowledgeable. So glad I found them.

I have been bringing my dog to Dr. Murphy since I adopted her 11 years ago. Dr. Murphy and her team are exceptional - kind, caring and compassionate. I completely trust that Dr. Murphy's recommendations are in my dog's best interest - she always discusses options and is endlessly patient with my (many) questions. We've seen Dr. Scott a few times over the years and found her to be outstanding as well. I have recommended West Wrigley to many friends and family and have heard rave reviews from all.

I've been going to West Wrigley with my dog ever since I moved to Chicago about 5 years ago and I cannot say how much I LOVE them. Since my first visit, they listened to my concerns, took interest and care in my pet, and provided excellent service. I usually see Dr. Scott, but Dr. Murphy and all of the staff (Amanda, Cynthia, etc.) are also wonderful.

If it's an emergency or just a yearly check up, I feel secure in the care and knowledge of Dr. Scott. They are prompt to return a call, fit me in if it's something sudden, and provide clear and upfront information about costs. I feel like the prices are appropriate, and while healthcare for pets is never inexpensive, I think the value exceeds the price of the bill at West Wrigley.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about West Wrigley and would recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful, professional vet with that small-town, 'they know you like family' feeling.

I am obsessed with West Wrigley! The entire staff is so sweet and you can tell they have genuine interest in my pets. Dr. Murphy is so sincere and honest about what I really need or what can wait. And while I've interacted with her a little less, Dr Scott is also kind, knowledgeable, honest, and just a pleasure to interact with! I've been taking my cat and dog here for five years, and despite the eventual "terror" my dog faces upon entering the exam room (it's of his own doing!) he still hops out of the car and races to the front door every time we go.

If that's not a true testament to the top level care they provide, then I don't know what is! I'm moving out of state this summer, and of all the care providers I have built relationships with during my time in Chicago, West Wrigley Animal Hospital is the one I am most upset about losing.

I did some research prior to coming to West Wrigley with my dog and decided to give them a shot. It was my first experience with a vet in Chicago and I was looking for a clinic with friendly staff and reasonable prices. You can certainly find that here! My prior experiences with vets left me with one of two options: pay less, but also be dissatisfied with the overall quality of care OR pay an exorbitant amount for slightly better service.

West Wrigley made me feel welcome from the get-go. Every staff member I came into contact with was warm and friendly. My dog was treated like he was the best dog they had ever met and was shown plenty of affection. Dr. Murphy took her time explaining everything to me, discussing options for treatment, and really got to know my dog. At no point did I feel rushed, as I have at other clinics. The bill was extremely reasonable. I would recommend to anyone!
