Ore Creek Veterinary Clinic

I drive 45 minutes to Dr. Gannon's office because she has proven over and over that she is a vet whose opinion I can trust and whose first priority is properly treating my dog. I came back to Dr. Gannon with my latest dog (having had previous experience with Dr. Gannon before she opened her own practice) because she was forthright in her care for my last diabetic Westie boy - unlike the vet I had been seeing who proved more than once that his priority was profit. I trust Dr. Gannon completely and have great faith that the treatment and advice she provides comes solely from the place of wanting to do right by that animal.

I've had several instances of the staff being rude or just very unorganized. I've decided to switch vets.

I absolutely love Ore Creek! They are very understanding and do all that they can to make sure your pets are healthy! Of all of the problems one of my dogs has had over the years and as many times as I've had to contact them worried and sometimes overbearing, they have always been there without hesitation, never any kind of attitude, and always compassionate! They are fantastic dealing with my dogs! (And their owner)

Staff and doctors are all so helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of our last dog throughout her final years and now they're caring for our puppy. Prices are reasonable and I trust them completely!

I love this vet. I called because my little chi was experiencing multiple problems and they told me to bring her in immediately. I am in town from Grand Rapids, so I needed a reliable vet. One hour later, she had all of her tests done and was prescribed a couple of antibiotics. They called me a few days after her appointment to make sure she was doing better, and I even received two calls checking up on her both one and two weeks after she was finished taking her antibiotics.

The staff truly cares about the pets they see. They are so thoughtful and kind. My family has gone to Ore Creek for years. I plan to have a dental cleaning done soon for my chi, and though I am nervous (like any pet parent!) I completely trust them.

Dr. Gannon and staff are AWESOME. From Kate that took my call to Mellissa that took Marley's history to Dr. Gannon figuring out what was wrong with my pup. Best personal attention ever. Simply the BEST!

They are by far the most outstanding vet I have had. They go above and beyond for the pets who come in. The staff are kind and welcoming. They are quick to answer any question you may have and always call to check up on your pets after a visit. I would never go anyplace else after being lucky enough to stumble upon them. Highly recommend.

Today was our first time at Ore Creek after switching from another vet and what an awesome experience! I was so impressed with Dr. Gannon and her amazing staff and their ability to make me and my pets feel right at home. They were so friendly and wanted to know if I had any concerns about my pets before doing the assessments so she could be sure to address those concerns.

With a medical background of my own, I overheard the tech giving report to Dr. Gannon prior to coming in the room...which in my eyes is so awesome! It really shows how involved all staff are with their clients and ensuring they receive the best and most complete care. I am very impressed and very excited I made the decision to come see Dr. Gannon and the Ore Creek Veterinary Clinic!!
