Staff is incredibly kind and friendly. Doctors and VA's / techs are very knowledgeable. The Jesus music in the lobby is highly uncomfortable. I wish I didn't have to have a religion shoved on me while worrying about my dog's health. Not very sensitive imo. But the practice itself is amazing

When I can't to schedule an appointment and my Leo is overdue for his vaccines, always your technician and staff are available. It is very important for us and I am thankful for all.

Dr. Peters (Schmidt) provided excellent care for our dog during a recent illness, communicating well with us, even after hours. She clearly explained options and patiently answered all our questions. Dr. Peters even took the extra step of consulting with a specialist regarding options for our dog's treatment. The vet techs we met during our dog's hospital stay were also wonderful and appeared to genuinely care about our little guy.

Bit of a wait (1hr) but a very thorough and complete annual exam with Dr. Yu. She and her staff related very well to my dog and myself dog. Prices were in line with a prior veterinarian I had used. I recommend Valley Ranch Animal Hospital to all.

They are great for routine scheduled care, but they will not see your pet on an emergency basis and will refer you to the Emergency Hospital on the other side of town. Time is critical when my pet is in distress and they wouldn't see two of my dogs for same day emergency care.

Dr Reese and Dr Hamilton are simply wonderful. We had two dogs. We've been clients there for about 14+ yrs. They were so helpful when one of the dogs was diagnosed with cancer. I appreciated their care and help. Wanda

I have had 3 of my pups at this location. I feel like they help me instead of recommend a bunch of unnecessary tests and charges. I lost one of my pups and the vet followed up with me on everything via email and I thought that was very amazing of her and thoughtful. I tried to take my bunny here and they unfortunately don't take bunnies but immediately referred me to another amazing vet office that helped me out. I unfortunately lost my bunny but they also were nothing short of amazing (Park Animal Hospital). I will continue going here for my 2 remaining pups with no hesitation.

We took our 8week kitten here this pass weekend, November 6 because of a dry patch he had on his neck. The vet let us know it was ringworm and also let us know that there are different types of ringworm. She also let us know it could be contagious. We have 5 kids and also another 7 month old kitten and I let her know I was worried about our children and our other kitten.

She let us know that it will cost $92 to do the test to let us know if it was contagious and what type of ringworm. We paid the 92 for the test to have peace of mind. They let us we would know by Monday morning with the results. Well it is Monday now and my husband has already called two times, once in the morning and they let him know the results are IN but ONLY THE VETERINARIAN can tell us about the results and they let us know she will call us soon.

My husband called again in the afternoon because we still had not heard back, same answer, the results are in but we would have to wait for the Vet to talk to us about the results. My husband explained how important it was to know if the ringworm is contagious or not. They said the Veterinarian would return our call as soon as possible. It is almost 3pm, they close at 5pm, they honestly do not care and it makes me sad to know our poor baby kitten has to be quarantined until we know the results of his test.

Our bill was almost $200, with the medication plus the office fee and the $92 for the test. They were friendly and caring when taking our money. Why lie to us, and tell us you will call us Monday morning right away with the results? Iam sorry but I do not recommend you take your pets here.

Love this place. They all ways take the time to answer questions and give advice on what is best for my dog. Not to mention he really loves everyone here.

I had used this facility since moving to last Vegas in July of 2018 - while we loved Dr. Stevie we will not be back ever again. I had already gave this facility a 2nd change after a clerk was more than rude on the phone- regarding a fur baby I had to put down! I should have NEVER gave them a 2nd chance!! I took my dog here today for an emergency, I tried calling 3 times phone rang busy so I just snatch up my baby with fur and ran in and was turned away told they don't take walk in!! I think asked for a copy of our records and told a doctor had to approve it!!!!! Do yourself a favor, find a better ran and managed clinic!!

The Dr. that our Faith had visited is now her primary care and the staff at the front desk are thee bestiest I had ever had as well.

Amazing staff and Doctors !! Dr.Reese saved our baby kitten of 5 weeks old. Brought her in on Monday morning and she was on her death bed by mid-day Monday Creeper was getting back to normal. by Tuesday she was in recovery and able to come home !! By Friday our Creeper is almost back to normal. Thank you so much again to all of you. All of my pets will now be taken care of by this amazing staff and Dr.Reese!!

The staff was amazing. Dr Mangeli and her technician clearly love the animals and their work. Kemosabe sat by the door in the exam room so he could go back into the diagnostic room again, he was so content to be there (all things considering!). We arrived emotional and stressed, and were treated compassionately. (Kemo would’ve stayed longer if I’d have let him! lol. That tells me all that I need to know). All in all, I’m very pleased with our visit and would absolutely recommend this hospital. Thank you Dr Mangeli!

Love Dr. Davis and the staff. I was very happy with the care they gave to my boy Rico. HOWEVER, I need records for my pet insurance company and have called 3 times and emailed once. Each time a promise to send was made. I still do not have the records and am in a bind with my insurance company to cover a bill that was over $500.00. So, if you need records request them when you are there in the office.

Dr Davis was very caring today with my 19 year old cat. It's stressful when you take in an older pet to the vet because everyday you have them is a blessing she made my visit very comfortable and was very compassionate for his needs.

Dr. Reese and Valley Ranch Vets have been our vet of choice for 13 years. They provide a full range of services and have office hours 7 days a week for emergencies. The care they have given our dogs over the years has always been excellent. We have even boarded with them several times and have always been pleased with the service. The fees are also very reasonable. I've often recommended them to other dog owners I know.
