Dr. Brooks has seen my German Shepard his entire life. Nearly 9 years. Each visit I felt her and the staff were very caring for my pet and providing the best care possible for him. It was unfortunate that his life was ended early do to a mass growth in his chest. Dr. Brooks provided all possible options for our family which included a very intensive surgery at Mizzou. Dr. Brooks would even call and email me after hours to see how things were going.

We decided that going through with such a harsh surgery was not best for him so we decided on the VERY difficult decision to put him to sleep. The staff and Dr. Brooks were very compassionate and caring throughout the entire process. After returning his ashes, she delivered a extremely thoughtful care package that provided some comfort to our loss. I HIGHLY recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone in the area. You will be in great hands.

Ares and Aria love going to the Vet. They are very accommodating, very attentive, and offer peanut butter of offset our dogs anxiety. I highly recommend bringing your pets here.

Amazing staff! I found a little lost dog and they quickly helped me to find his owner! They were very kind to this little guy and let me know what to do to help him until his mom could come get him. I am very grateful for their kindness and their help.

Dr Brooks was our pets Vet from the minute she took over Affton Veterinary Clinic until we moved to Las Vegas, NV in November 2019. We loved her and her staff. We have not found a Vet in Vegas that we trust and respect as much as we did Dr. Brooks. We truly miss her.

I am very happy with the service I received for my cat (and my dog). We recently starting going to see Dr. Fri and I am so pleased that she is my vet. My cat was very sick and I was fearful he would need to be put down since he had stopped eating and peeing. Dr. Fri was able to manually dislodge a blockage which saved his life. I am so grateful and appreciate her going the extra mile for us. I will refer her to all my friends because she is the best!

They were so sweet and so gentle with my Cat. The entire staff was amazing. They worked with my budget and helped me find out what was wrong and got her back to normal. When you're fur baby is sick and you're a nervous wreck it's so important to have a great, trustworthy and compassionate staff helping you. I can't say enough about the Affton Vet clinic. You can really tell Dr. Brooks loves animals and is passionate about her work.

We love Dr. Brooks! She is very understanding and always answers all our questions about our pups. We have taken one of our dogs through heartworm treatment and they are very friendly and understanding through the entire process! We also took our new puppy there and they are very good at explaining the whole process of what our puppy needs and why. Everything is also priced very reasonably and they will tell you the price before your appointment. Would 100% recommend her for all your pet needs!

Dr. Brooks and her staff are wonderful! They are always great with my rescue dog, who is very nervous when going to the vet. The care she receives is always great and they listen when i have concerns. The price is very resonable and we are always happy with our visits!

Dr. Brooks and her team do an amazing job. When began going to her several years ago with our first pug Shelby. As Shelby aged, Dr. Brooks was there to help us and answer questions. When it was time to say good bye to Shelby, Dr. Brooks went out of her way to be there for all of us. Even coming in when she was supposed to be leaving town. She has the biggest heart and it meant the world to us. We now have Storm. Storm will go to Dr. Brooks and her team too. We won't trust anyone else.

Wonderful place. After a terrible experience with another vet's office, I found great Yelp reviews and they were close to my house. I had adopted a rescue dog with anxiety that tended to fear bite. Muzzle definitely required. I explained everything over the phone, and they said "no worries". We were seen promptly, treated with respect even when he bucked and howled during treatment.

The vet was very open and honest when discussing treatment options and behavior issues, and the staff was incredibly warm to a nervous new dog owner. I am so happy to have found this clinic, and I will be back!

This place is very tight and small. I'm used to more open concept establishments but they really do a fantastic job. Took my 9 year Shiba here to get her teeth cleaned and they did quality work. The post cleaning was very informative, they weren't bothered by my questions, and also genuinely care about animals. The vet (i forgot her name because i'm terrible with names) was gentle, very sweet, and knowledgable about cali's breed.

I would really like to see them expand or even find a slightly larger location. They really are a great facility. I will be returning for all future vet visits for her and my other dog now.

I love that when you call a human answers! I love that they remember and focus on my pet with few distractions. They are on time! Dr Brooks is very knowledgable for dogs, cats, and reptiles! They are easy to work with, fees won't break the bank, you'll never feel like just a number here. I have countless vets offices that are closer to me but I'll travel to see them!

I just love everything about Affton Veterinary Clinic. All of the workers truly care for you and your pets. They don't over charge or do any tests that aren't necessary. You and your animals are treated with care.

Dr. Brooks (Tara) is one of the most knowledgeable and competent vets I've had the pleasure of doing business with. She always answers my questions in detail, and I never feel rushed. I have been bringing my two dogs here for quite a while now, and I am always pleased with the service. The Dr.'s take very good care of them. This office has never attempted to charge me for testing or anything else that isn't needed. I used the HSMO vet clinic for a long time but switched to Affton because they don't keep me waiting 30 mins at every appointment and the prices are more reasonable. I have recommended Affton vet clinic to all of my friends and will continue to do so.
