Beautiful location and caring staff. We entrusted them with our dog's final moments. They were able to see our other senior dog on short notice. Fair price and easy parking. Customer service has shot back up.

This was my first visit since the beginning of Covid, and most of the staff were new to me, but the long-time standard of excellence was still there. Dr. Fitzpatrick is great, with a realistic, yet caring approach to treatment. The two vet techs who assisted were just wonderful with my cat and very helpful to me. They could teach some physicians a thing or two about bedside manner!

My Shar-Pei's are my pride and joy! I would only TRUST the EXPERT ADVICE of Dr. Claire Godwin to treat my Angel and Blue for any visit good bad or unexpected. A pet can't talk however they know with their eyes that they need professional assistance. Laytonsville Team has alway been there for me for almost 20 years. They are courteous-knowledgeable-and calm. I live an hour away one way however I would drive 3 hours to know that Dr Godwin and her staff are readily available to help us out!

Doctor's and staff are experienced, excellent and really care for your pet. My dogs always receive thorough, comprehensive exams. Concerns are always addressed, discussed, and plan of care implemented when needed. Have been a client for 20 years. Also board my 3 dogs there. I can travel with confidence and peace of mind knowing my dogs are well cared for.

When picked up they are calm & happy. Not stressed. I use Pet Desk to communicate non urgent needs and receive prompt responses. It a great app and have each dog registered with detailed info. Was excited when practice announced their on line pharmacy. Did a 6 month order for my dogs meds. Smooth experience and prompt delivery. So much easier than going through other pharmacy's that send requests for vet approval. Kudo's to LVP for running a stellar, top notch vet practice.

The veterinarians at Laytonsville have saved my dog's life twice now. I'm so grateful for their care and kindness. They never have asked or discussed costs first, they take care of your pet first, it's their priority! Love this practice! Dr. Fitzpatrick and Dr. Dicello are the best!

We boarded our dog at the attached facility Sundown Kennels and our dog had a wonderful experience! We'd love to have video access to see her here and there while we're away. But, other than that, email communications with the staff were a wonderful way to keep in touch. Thank you for everything! : We would highly recommend LVP for both veterinary services and Sundown Kennels for boarding. Having a familiar staff that is caring and conscientious to care for our dog gives us peace of mind that is invaluable!

Our rescue was debarked by the breeder & she had scar tissue blocking 50% of her throat. Dr. Kiely had experienced with this & we asked her to contact the respiratory specialist who treated our rescue to discuss the history. Excellent communication, professionalism -- the spay surgery was a success. The laser surgical closure was awesome, expediting healing. Dr. Kiely had a back up plan in place should the need arise.

Most importantly, the practice ensured our rescue was treated with kindness and patience. Each visit, we have received personalized communication with the vet. Dr. Kiely took her time discussing everything! We are so blessed to go here. We were referred by another malamute who was adopted by CHAAMP.org, too. Woo!

We've been using Laytonsville Vet since they opened 20+ years ago. Dr. Godwin and her team provide excellent care to all of our dogs, and I'm convinced that the dogs have lived longer, more fulfilling lives because of the outstanding care they've received from Laytonsville. I have been taking my dogs to Laytonsville veterinarian practice for over 30 years, Dr Godwin and the staff have been excellent and caring with all of my dogs from the begining to the end. I was an employee for about a year in the late 90's I saw how the animals were cared for when the practice was closed and when it was open and the care of the animals was as if they were there own pets. I highly recommend there service for your pets needs.
