Dr. Neff is hands down the absolute best DVM we have ever had, over the past 20 years or so. I have not enough good words and praise for him. He has seen many of our dogs from youth to the final day and always gives not only the best and most honest medical advice, but the most empathy and compassion I have ever been a part of. We would follow him anywhere, and I highly encourage anyone looking for the best medical care for your pet to become a regular of him.

My two boys hate going to the vet, any vet. Always have. One cat is 13, the other 11. I've been taking them to Crossroads Animal Care Center since moving here from New Hampshire.about 4 years. While my boys don't like trips to the vet those trips to Crossroads have helped them through several medical issues. Crossroads has been great with them. Everyone at Crossroads has treated my guys as if they were part of their family.
And the medical care provided has been effective. That's why I like bringing my cats to Crossroads Animal Care Center. This was an old post. Its now about 4 years later and I'm left with one cat, Sweet Pea. He just had a medical emergency. I called Crossroads in the morning, was able to drop him off 20 minutes later and picked him up several hours later.
The doctor attended to Sweet Pea in between her scheduled appointments and cleared his 'blockage'. The whole staff was friendly and the vet was super nice. She explained what she found and what she was going to do to make him well before I left him there. A few hours later she called to explain what she did and how Sweet Pea was doing. He was ready for me to pick up and so far he appears to be back to normal.

I needed an emergency appointment for one of my youngest babies, they were so compassionate and took me right away. My favorite vet is here, Dr. Reppuhn! I love, love, love her and trust her with the car of all my fur babies! The front desk receptionist is always pleasant. Thanks for taking such good care if my babies!

I skipped a couple routine wellness exams by accident (thank goodness my cat is in good health and still has up to date vaccinations) Made an appointment for my cat Ashes to have a quick check up and updated vaccinations. I called in and they squeezed me in for an appointment 2 days earlier without a issue (they're usually fairly busy esp with covid so that was very nice of them) They offer 3 year vaccinations which in my experience is hard to come by.
Excellent customer service, my cat would say. The doctor and I had a laugh about how my cat was looking sleepy asking if it was normal as he was concerned that is a symptom of something else but I reassured him that it was just the face she makes when she's very comfortable and happy.

I have been using Crossroads Animal Care Center for many years, but for the past few months, the service has been absolutely horrible. The customer service has gone down significantly and the staff are extremely rude. I had to make an appointment for my dog, but they never answered their phone. I left three messages on three separate days, but still nothing.
I also called five times for two days to get routine medications, heartgard and frontline, and when I got there, I waited 30 minutes and they were still wrong. I have friends that take their pets there, and they have experienced and expressed the same dissatisfaction. They also tried to charge me for medications I had already paid for three months ago. The tech's comment was, "our system does not lie." Absolutely unprofessional and sneaky!

I first took my Beagle to Dr. Neff when we moved here in 2009. Almost ten years later he is still caring for her. She is a bit shy and it was wonderful that he gained her trust by getting down to her level and talking to her before ever starting the check up. We have also seen Dr. Olson who is caring and very attentive. As a senior dog they ensure she gets the care and medications she needs to stay healthy! The staff is friendly and the facility is always clean.
