I don’t leave reviews often, but I will 1000% for Clocktower. A True fear-free hospital that utilizes fear free techniques. As an experienced positive reinforcement trainer of 17 years and have also worked with behaviorists and still occasionally do, I will 100% recommend Clocktower. They respect their clients and their pets needs to the fullest and treat your pet like their own. Great medicine as well.

Clock tower animal hospital has been a really good experience for us. From our vet, Dr. Anderson to the caring staff we had a comforting experience.
Their kindness to a nervous pet was impressive. Our dog, Anna was immediately relaxed after meeting them.
They are also proactive with our very ill dog with testing and answers for us promptly. When pet owners feel they can trust their veterinarians with their family of pets that is everything to us.

The staff here are very kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable without a doubt! However, this place is not perfect. I have noticed the mark up for the majority of the medications provided are 2x of the price for the same exact prescription you can buy online. IE. 50 dollar charge for a 25 dollar medication sold at retail. With rising cost for animal care I would expect better pricing for such common medication to benefit their loyal customers.

Their covid Policies are also over the top at a moment making the entire experience inconvenient, uncomfortable and overwhelming. Will definitely recommend coming here for emergencies, but I believe I will find another location for my two cats for regular check ups with more reasonable pricing. 7/10 would recommend.

This was our first visit to Clocktower. We chose this location based on the overwhelming amount of positive reviews online and for once the positive reviews didn't lie! The staff communicated so clearly in the days leading up to our appointment and even the days after. Everyone, including our vet and tech, were absolutely wonderful.and very forgiving of my pup and her first-timer attitude.

By the end of her visit, she was more interested in the staff than me! And they were very aware of the cost of our visit without us having to have that awkward conversation which was much appreciated. The vet made it clear what was going on with our pup and what we needed to do to help get her healthy again. I'm so grateful that we found Clocktower! Give them a try - you won't regret it!

We went to Clocktower for years and then switched to a vet closer to our home. This spring, when our elderly cat was ready to say goodbye, we went back to Clocktower as he had most of his records there. The compassion and care they showed us the day we took our cat in was incredible. I cannot express how cared for we felt. It was a very peaceful time, and we were able to stay with him until the end.

This weekend, our dog came home from the boarder with an injury she'd sustained there, and we decided that because of our recent experience with our cat, to take our dog in for treatment at Clocktower. Again, the care and expert help were amazing. I will now be back at Clocktower for our pets permanently after these experiences. I'm so grateful to have them be patients there.

I am at the vet now, and I feel at home. The people are amazing. We have a big cat and it was hard to find a place that didn't judge my cats weight on me and also our cat is a big cat due to his parents being large, it is in his dna.and so if you want a place that truly cares about your fur babies, look no further. This is an amazing place.

Over the weekend my 17 week old puppy was bit in the face by a larger dog at daycare. The after hours staff returned our call within minutes and her veterinarian saw her shortly after opening the next day. The staff, again, showed us such compassion and tended to her with such ease. She was home quickly and is healing already! Continue to praise this team and trust them completely! Dr. Gibson and her team are absolutely incredible!

Brought my pup in for the first time this week with some concerns. The front desk staff are so friendly on the phone and have been so patient with me as I have called a few times since my appointment to ask question. My appointment was so great! The staff were all excellent, Dr Vincent took time with my pet and the nurses were all friendly. We will be making this our permanent pet care facility and I'd recommend it to anyone!

All the staff we have worked with for our dog since we got him as puppy a year ago have been great! Clocktower has been very accommodating for emergency visits and the team has always taken the time to address any questions and have followed up by phone to ensure all is well after sick visits. We truly believe the team at Clocktower Animal Hospital cares deeply about the well-being of our dog and trust him in their capable hands!

The first time I chose Clocktower was for a emergency & they were able to fit me in that day right before they closed, & even had to stay a little past closing time which I was beyond grateful for! And now just went back to get my pups vaccines. They will be my permanent vet now! Always super sweet staff & they explain everything in detail to me about what's going on with the appointment. I also really appreciate them calling the next day to follow up w/ how my pup doing.

It's always a painless experience with Clocktower Animal Hospital. We're moving and needed a health certificate for international travel on a quick turn-around. They had an appointment available on short-notice, a number of vets experience in the international certification process, and supplied plenty of documentation so we could be on the same page and understand the process. The people there have been nothing but friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to the best care for our fluffy Midas. Thanks for the years of care!

We have been bringing our cat here for years, and now our new puppy as well. They are very patient with new pet owners and answering all of our questions. We also have several family and friends who trust Clocktower with their pets- that's actually how we learned of them. Everyone on staff is phenomenal! They are all incredibly kind, professional and show that they truly care about our pets. They have a great schedule and we are always seen without a long wait. Thanks so much!
