Thank you Dr Miller for your kindness and for allowing myself and a few others to install new flooring at the hospital. I hope you continue to be satisfied with the work and enjoy the new look. Bruno, my Cane Corso is sure to be happy next week when he comes to visit and gets his check up.

Easy to get to location, plenty of parking and very friendly staff!

I absolutely love this veterinary practice. They are so great with my two pups, margot and mona. Dr. Monahan is great with them! We've been taking are pets here since we moved to reston a few years ago and plan on continuing care for as long as we are in the area.

With my pups getting old now (9 and 10), they need more care than usual and I truly appreciate how Dr. Monahan has their comfort in mind.

The only part which I wish was different, was being able to go inside during appointments. I think masks and proof of vaccines should be plenty of protection. Mona gets pretty anxious going in by herself and I have to walk the tech to the door with mona or else mona won't go in. She's a big girl and hard to get to move when she doesn't want to.

However, I'd rather have to wait outside in my car and have great veterinary care, than go inside and have subpar care. So it's worth it! But hopefully their policy changes soon!

We have been taking our dog here for years and have always had a good experience. After several years of regular visit they recommended a teeth cleaning and extraction on the last visit and we just had the procedure done. 10/10 they were great during that process. They walked us through what to expect every step of the way. I got the sense that they cared for our dog and we're experienced and organized in their process. While I hope we don't need to use them again any time soon, when she does need her next cleaning we'll definitely be coming back here.

Friendly and professional service. The vets here really care about your pet. I have a dog with a chronic illness and my vet always tries to work within my budget.

I thought my 2:00 appointment was 2:30. They don't send text or email to confirm. The receptionist said I would be charged a $25 late fee since I arrived at 2:20. Not sure how a business could operate like this.

Not very happy about having to hand over my puppy in the parking lot. It's far past time. The whole vending machine relationship just isn't doing it for me. Drive up. Stick dog. Swipe card. Drive home.

The awesome management and staff here are very friendly, informative, and helpful but since the COVID pandemic and epidemic started in early 2020th they have now shut down their interior waiting room, and they now require You to call them from the small parking lot outside. The building and surrounding grounds are well maintained, taken care of by the management, staff and crew.

I just moved here and had to leave behind our amazing vet in Alaska. My kitty has a thyroid problem for which she must take medication so it was very important to me that I find a caring, compassionate, competent vet. So far I'm thrilled with the level of care and communication. Upon her second visit, she was diagnosed with another tumor on her little foot.

I received a callback from the vet within a day with the results of her biopsy and her bloodwork. As with any other medical procedure, the removal will be expensive, but we pet people are generally used to that . I'm happy so far - three visits in. Would highly recommend.

The providers and staff at Reston Animal Hospital are very compassionate and caring people. I highly recommend them.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I had to have my mother go speak to them this trip after trying to charge me over 200 dollars for a skin test, and my mom got them to drop the price to 100, which proves that this place is a complete scam of an animal care practice. These people are truly just trying to drain your pockets! I have taken my dog here multiple times hoping for a solution for the same problem with his skin, thousands of wasted dollars and a year later and my dog is still not healed; his skin condition only remained the same not worse because of things I did for him - the suggestions the vet had were worthless and they always seemed to be one step behind me, trying to suggest things that I was already trying. Please save yourself the tears, time and money & take your fur baby to any other vet.

I suspected my dog had a UTI and called to see if I could bring her in to get checked out - this is her normal vet. They said they were completely booked for practically two weeks, but to drop off a urine sample. I did and they called after the results came in and let me know that my dog had a UTI for sure, but they couldn't see her and prescribe medication because they were still booked solid, so I'd have to go to the emergency vet.

I went to the emergency vet and waited over 2.5 hours because there were other dogs with bigger emergencies than mine - which I completely understand. However, what I don't understand is that when I talked to the emergency vet, they said they received the urine test results but no analysis, so they called Reston Animal Hospital and had the results explained to them - meaning my regular vet had no time to see my dog and prescribe a common medication, but had time to go over results with another vet. If I wasn't moving in 6 weeks, I'd find a new vet because I am completely done with this place.

Nice and good job from the team, Dr., and technician. Although today I have to say, they were 20 min late for our appointment. That was the only disappointment.

I took my cat for a year exam and vaccines, and i was not informed about what was going to be performed to her. And also, due to covid 19 restrictions, they do not let you in (really?), so you have to wait outside until they take care of your pet. I ended up paying $200 and was able to see they bill at the very end. very unprofessional. I doubt I will take my cat again

We take our dog and two cats here, and we've never received anything but the best care. Both the vets and the techs are careful and compassionate with your animals, and they aren't pushy with optional medications. My dog has never liked going to the vet, but she doesn't seem to mind RAH. Love these guys.

Since moving to Reston last summer, we have been bringing our three dogs to Reston Animal Hospital for their care. All of the providers, techs, and office staff have been amazing. Patient, caring, thorough, and so good with our “pack.” I would definitely recommend their office to others in the area!!

They really know my dog. She was sluggish and they backed me up that she wasn’t herself. When it turned out she was diabetic, they went above and beyond helping me learn how to manage her disease. We are so thankful for them, especially Kimi, Jess, and Katie.
