My little boy Jack had to get his teeth cleaned. I was real worried about this process because I don't like leaving Jack anywhere that I'm not with him. During the process, it was determined Jack needed dental work to the tune of removing 4 dead teeth. I started to worry more. Dennis put my worries at ease and completed an excellent service with the teeth removal, cleaning, and plaque removal. I want to thank Katie and Dennis for their service. Jack thanks you also!

I am so happy we found FloridaWild. With a senior dog who is anxious at any other vet, she wa calm relaxed and didn't want to leave. The techs, staff and Doctors were amazing and calm. On top of that they treated me with respect and even managed to get us in for our Emergency visit. Thank you FloridaWild.

1. The only vet in town who agreed to take in a kitten who was hit by a car and saved her life, thank you Dr. Barbara (July 2020). 2. After a month of suffering and several failed vet visits at other clinics and hundreds of dollars wasted, Dr. Villanueva properly diagnosed my cat (today). Thank you. I was trying to save money but that was a mistake. It does cost a lot here, but the expertise and care is really worth it. Needless to say I will never be taking my pets anywhere else.

In Oct 2021, Dr Barbara euthanized my dog, Tripp. She was very caring and wonderful. On Jan 14, 2022, Dr Holder euthanized my dog, Addy. Before that, she was seen once by Dr Holder for chronic kidney failure. I was going to other vets for Tripp & Addy before coming to Florida Wild, & I wish I would have just gone here instead. Dr Holder was amazing and very caring and patient in both the office visit and the euthansia.

She was also very honest in the outlook for Addy (who was diagnosed years ago with CKF). It not only is wonderful having an honest vet who won't try to get you to spend money unnecessarily but that just adds to being able to have faith in that vet. When she put Addy down, it was very peaceful and she was very caring and I could tell she was upset over it as well. Dr Holder is now my vet and I feel good knowing she has my pets' health in her hands.

Edit for owner response: she was last seen by your clinic September 1, 2021, which is well within the 12-month legal requirement. When this happened previously and I called your office, I was told even though she was seen recently it was not a "medication review" and they would not approve her meds until I made another appointment. For basic heartworm chews and flea chews the hassel isn't worth it, I'd rather find another vet clinic.

Five years ago when I first started using this vet, I would have given them a five star review. But they have honestly gone downhill so fast it's sad. They hold you hostage for appointments and medications, and look down on you when you question cost or reasoning behind their recommendations. If I don't bring my dog in exactly on time for their recommended 8-month checkups (she is a perfectly healthy 3 year old dog) they will not approve my order for heartworm medicine or flea medication through chewy.

It has honestly gotten so ridiculously frustrating trying to igure out why they decline her orders constantly. Then I bring her in for an unecessary appointment that costs me $60 for them to tell me what I already knew:She's healthy! Not to mention that it has become almost impossible to get a pet in for any sort of emergency. They're so booked up I typically can't get an appointment sooner than 2 weeks out.

My service dog see Dr Barbara and we couldn't be happier. He's healthier and happier and full of energy. At Florida Wild they don't push meds or unnecessary treatment for dogs and promote healthy and holistic diets that will definitely extend the quality life of your pets

I love Dr. Holder, and the other veterinarians. They are loving, caring, and kind to your pets. They take the time to really examine and explain any situation about your pet. The staff are so friendly, everyone as a team really care for your furry friends. I would definitely recommend Florida Wild Veterinary Hospital to my friends and family. First Dental at Florida Wild! Dr Schrager and Kevin went above and beyond for our baby! Bella needed a dental and Dr. Schrager was able to do a liver biopsy and remove a spot on her eyelid all at once. They bonded 4 of her teeth amd treated her inflamed gums. She had one completely broken tooth which they were able to treat. Her teeth look so much better it's unbelievable.

It's not a cheap process but the job they do is well worth the price. Dr. Schrager is great at figuring out how to work smartly on your animal and do things when they make sense while she is under anesthesia. We have used Florida Wild for many years and love the practice!

Our guinea pig was recently suffering from a skin condition, and she was rather uncomfortable (scratching and popping). Last year we visited a different local vet office for a different problem, but the provider was obviously lacking in knowledge to treat our little critter. Fortunately, she recovered from that on her own. At FloridaWild, they informed me that they had exotic pet vets, and they were seeing many local referrals for guinea pig care.

This reassured us, and we were delighted to get an appointment that very day due to a cancellation. The vet (Dr Hathaway) and her team were very thorough, and clearly knew their way around a guinea pig. After some great recommendations, medications and special bathing, Twix is happy again! Our waiting room chats with other pet parents revealed that they are all very happy customers, so it was a wise choice to call them. We can highly recommend them for excellent guinea pig care.
