All 3 of my dogs go to Shadow Lakes Animal Hospital for their care The front office staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they make you feel like family. You can tell they love animals. Dr. Cooper always explains in detail any concerns he has regarding my dogs health. He addresses all of my concerns and gives me solutions and options so that I can make an informed decision. He and his staff really care about the animals and their families.

My husband and I I had a very positive experience at Shadow Lake considering that when we brought our two year old Shih Tzu Kobe in to be seen by the doctor Kobe had not been eating, was in enormous pain and also paralyzed, We had no idea that he had ruptured a lumbar disc and needed surgery and the sooner the better. I am so grateful that Dr. Cooper himself stepped in to oversee Kobe's heartbreaking case, gave an accurate diagnosis, managed Kobe's pain with appropriate prescription medicine and recommended a stellar and affordable neurosurgeon. Dr. Cooper showed such compassion toward us and our suffering Kobe.

His medical staff and his receptionist Rosie were equally professional and caring; going beyond the call of duty in caring for Kobe and inquiring about him by phone calls to us before and after his surgery. I feel like we have made friends for life, we are so grateful to Shadow Lake! Kobe is healing and walking again and we are confident that he is making his way to a full recovery!

Unsure of how a routine check up for two dogs became an $875 visit. Why would two healthy dogs be offerred to have a full blood panel at a cost of $500. You lost a customer.

Without a doubt the BEST vet in our area! The care and compassion from the entire team for both of our dogs exceeds our expectations every time! Great service!

Shadow Lakes is wonderful From when you come in, to when you. Leave. So compassionate with the fur babies. Also, with their owners. Everything is thoroughly explained. Dr. Cooper is smart and through and caring. The flow of the office is very good with all the pets coming and going. From receptionist to the Technicians to the doctor exceptional.

I love Shadow Lake Animal Hospital! The staff is always pleasant and very accommodating. I always feel that my cat is in good hands with Dr. Cooper. My son has been bringing his cat here for the past three years. We are both very satisfied with the service and help we receive for our pets.

Dr Cooper and his entire staff have been wonderful to my cat, Tiki, who has a terrible problem, sarcoma tumors. Dr Cooper has gone above and beyond in helping me deal with this and done an excellent job taking care of my baby so he can be with me longer. I appreciate their kindness and reasonable billing, to help me and Tiki get through this.

I have taken all of our family pets (dogs and cats) for many years. All of the staff provide excellent service and genuinely show concern for all of the animals. I could not recommend more highly and keep up the great work!

Every single person working there has gone above and beyond to take exceptionally wonderful care of my dog. They all have extreme compassion and genuine care for animals. Dr. Beazlie is spectacular and is so patient and kind, answering and explaining every question i have ever had regarding my dog's health and well being. After looking for better Veterinary care for my aging cat and long time buddy I did some research and chose Shadow Lake Animal Hospital. It was everything I hoped it would be. Every aspect of the experience was perfect. The Staff was very helpful, informative, listened well, and carefully explained everything thoroughly. Even Dr. Cooper who was very busy still took the time to to speak to me about the treatments my cat needed and the expected outcome on both visits.

The professionalism and concern for the animals in their care is outstanding. Through it all my cat LittleBit even appeared to be less stressed out than I expected she would be. She quickly recovered after her treatments and has been doing great ever since.
