They are always so caring and make sure (no matter what time it is) that you have updates. Love this team!

Beware of this place. They give you an appointment time for your emergency consult and then keep sending you texts that your appointment is pushed back hour after hour while my pup is in pain and crying. I'm thinking okay at least he will be seen tonight we started 4:30pm and our appt was pushed back every hour until 10pm. They tell you go home and wait.

Like they dont want you in waiting room. 9:30 pm they call and state they can no longer see him because of critical patients. They advertise this place is 24 hour emergency vet. Doesn't seem like it. Looks like they want to go home early tonight. At least let us know instead of leading us on. We could have been seeking other places. Thanks.

We had a doggie emergency overnight and had to come in for some emergency vet help. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the nurse was honest and through, and the Dr was honest and forward. We explained some of our emergency cost concerns and they were very non-judgmental and honest with how we can proceed. The inside is also much bigger then it looks from the outside as well so not a small place at all. If the need arises for an emergency vet visit this will be the place we will go.

Nurses were very unprofessional Showed Empathy But Very Quick Temperament The only nice people there were the doctor and the women who worked at the front desk. They did not let us know what could've been wrong with the animal before the euthanization and were very quick with following through the procedure and getting us out ASAP. I feel as if because we didn't have enough money to cover the expenses, they became very limited to the options we were presented with despite applying for the care credit program to help cover those expenses I wouldn't go here. if you aren't ready to pay thousand for treatment, unfortunately that's how most vets/animal hospitals are I wouldn't go here They're very strict on their payment policy and have no leniency for payment plans Find a veterinarian who is able to work with the animal and owner on payment policy.

Especially in a city, where low income households/families are very common If you care about your pet, find better options for them, it isn't a bad place persay but a vet who's office shows compassion to both owner and animal Is the place where you need to go. They were very shady with the whole process and at this point I feel like I euthanized the animal without understanding what was even wrong.

It's as if you were to faint one day and the doctors tell my mother, yeah it's either you pay thousands out of pocket or we kill you're son. Very unprofessional with the whole process. They treat their profession more like a job than what it should be. It's a vet, not a Wendy's. It's the same way, a chef would spit in your food or a oil tech would kick a car out because it's too difficult. This a job involving animals lives, animals who's live mean just as much as humans in a family. Treat it like one.

Great staff! Brought in my cat for emergency care and they treated him so well. Had to bring same cat a year later for a different, untreatable issue and their staff was very helpful when we had to put him to sleep. Gave us all the time we needed with him.

They are completely the best. They make sure you know your pet is in good hands. The doctors contact you immediately to keep you in the loop. They gave my puppy the best care and consoled me in my panic. Roscoe appreciates them very much.

Unfortunately, we had to euthanize my 17 year old pup, Coco, last Tuesday. While it was an incredibly difficult moment, the kind words and care from the doctors and support staff made it a much smoother transition. We were able to let a sigh of relief as we were reassured that we made the right decision for our little love. We were taken care of quickly and we were given extensive information about the aftercare of Coco.

We were presented with options and the team was extremely responsive when we were following up over the next few days. I truly appreciate the team and I recommend this place to any pet owner.

It's very rough to have to take a sick family member (pet) to the hospital especially during the pandemic because no one is allowed inside, but the staff took care of us and our pet until the very last second. They kept in contact with us via phone while we waited outside in our cars for any updates. They answered all our questions and gave us all the options possible.

With broken hearts we were given the chance to say goodbye to our loved one. I will never forget this day and the wonderful staff who helped us. If there is an emergency, I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my pets here for treatment.

Excellent emergency care for my dog. The vet was knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly to me. She gave me options regarding the treatment plan and was able to tell me the cost of each option surrounding imaging and lab work. Highest recommendation

This morning I woke to find my new kitten I had found in my backyard Unresponsive and weak. I brought her in to the ER since I worried I didnt have the right tools to properly care for her. I was relieved Someone from the staff came in and took her from us and even told us We would be giving our information so I could be notified on her condition.

I did not have the money to pay upfront for a checkup I'm a student and, well once they took her in, Someone else came out and told me I was free to go and there would be no information exchanging. My only concern was getting the kitten the proper care. So my concern is the communication and operating skills of the clinic at night. Why tell someone something and not do it. Thank you
