Phenomenal. My dog had a brain tumor. The nurses held him and fed him by hand.

Very nice vet and tech. Received three phone calls regarding appointments for my dog, all pleasant.

Very caring people for animals. My cats have come home calmer then going there. Drs. N all girls in front n nurses are great. I don't speak so dropping off our cat my son E.J. n I wanted to say love u to "Clyde" n nice girl I'm sorry I can't remember your name was so sweet brought us into the room to be weighed n let us hold him. N gives some loving b4 dropping him off to be neutered.

Next day. He was so excited to see his mom n sisters it was like a welcome home party kisses n hugs everywhere. Thank you. We will be back. He's the 1 in the middle of pic saying good bye to family b4 leaving that afternoon. He was separated from girls till surgery. Close enough to kiss but no more. Now sisters need to be lined up with sisters. Being on mass health n having medical problems, n disability doesn't make it easier. $ wise is very tight. N 2 sons not working 1 due to let go season work.

The other takes care of me. These are my children since my daughter is keeping my grandchildren away from me out of spite. 6 months now. After abandoning 7 here I had 10. I put 3 for adoption thru pals. Now I have 7 I'm keeping and 1 German Shepard that thinks SHES THEIR MOM. IF SHE DOESNT KNOW YOU. DONT GO NEAR THEM. BUT PLAYS WITH THEM AS IF THEY WERE HER PUPS. I CAN SEND A VIDEO IF YOU WANT?

Always helpful and sensitive to every situation. As a new dog mom I have called a few too many times and they have always been empathetic on every call. They are so sweet to our animals on every visit. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying I noticed my 19 year old cat started to decline right before the holidays. I called my usual vet office the day before Christmas eve hoping to get an apt within a timely manner. Unfortunately, they couldn't get my cat in until Jan 3rd. 10 days later. If that was the case my cat would of passed away by then. I ended up calling North East Vet Hospital and spoke with a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable woman named Kathy.

With it being a day before Christmas Eve I knew apts would be tight. She said they were pretty booked up. Placed me on hold and ended up getting me right in that next morning and explained how she really didn't want my family and I to have to wait for my cat to be seen. She really cared about my family and my pets well being. I was really upset about my usual vet not going out of their way to see my sick elderly cat.

My cat did have to end up getting put down but lived a great long life. I was devasted but I was comforted I made the call to this office. The doctor and her assistant were great. My pets will be coming here for their regularly apts. Thank you for everything

Can't say enough for the kindness bestowed my family and pets. One of my pups is 16 and the responsiveness and compassion is unparalleled. Toughest thing when your pup is 16 and failing. Dr. DePiero is amazing. Highly recommend.

I've been bringing my cat Tilly here for over a year and they are always so nice in this office. They are gentle with your animal and give helpful information.

Always on top of the health and welfare of any animal they treat or care for. Keeps you informed of any issues or treatments needed. I trust them with the care of my babies and will continue to have them treated with them.

My sister who has Salem saves animals. Has three beautiful dogs. she just lost her a 15 year old Chihuahua. Dr Depiero is one of the best veterinarian doctor. that I have ever met. I also have two beautiful dogs that he is been seeing for many years. I want to thank them. during this pandemic they made sure they took care of our animals in everybody else's. Kathy is amazing and so are the rest of the staff. a truly of the voice of the voiceless. with all my heart thank you so much Northeast veterinarian the best
