They have taken such great care of 2 of my cavalier King Charles. Both had CHF. Dr Rossi was great at explaining everything to us and always answered and explained every question along the way. He always took all the time we needed to understand what was going on with them and how best to care for them. My dogs were never treated like just a number. Dr Rossi sincerely cared about my babies and it always showed.
The girls in the front office were also awesome. They all were excellent and always treated my dogs as well as myself like part of the Animal Ultrasound clinic family. They were not just staff, they became my friends. Very genuine, caring people.

Over the years when any vet I had been seeing regularly was unable to diagnose the health problems of my pet, I brought them to see Dr. Rossi. He is the most knowledgeable and accurate diagnostician imaginable. He's kind and caring and thoroughly, clearly explains what he is observing on the ultrasound and asks important, appropriate questions about your animal.
I had a beautiful cat who had unexpectedly gone into kidney failure. After several questions, I told him that another vet had put her on pain meds for a UTI, which I had only given her a few times. When he heard what the medication was he was dismayed and upset and told me that the medication was intended for DOGS ONLY, which was always clearly stated on the medication.
That is what put my sweet cat into kidney failure! He prescribed medication and a routine of fluids to be injected under her skin on a regular basis to attempt to reverse the harm done. My Calliope lived another healthy 5 years until a local vet failed to diagnose a large tumor in her chest. To this day I regret that I hadn't brought her to The Animal Ultrasound Clinic when I first suspected that there was something wrong.

These people are heartless. You walk In the door they dont acknowledge you. You have to ask so many questions because if you dont, you will walk away with little to no information on what's going on with your pet(s). They seem so cold, no reaction when they tell you your pets dying. The guy who was telling us our results of the ultrasound, couldn't stop staring at the other girl in the back on the computer, like they got something going on. These people should not be working with pets or people, its warmer in a morgue than this place! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET(S)
