How dare you send me a reminder that my dog, who died a year ago, who was a patient of your clinic, but you refused to see him when he was in dire need, telling me sorry but we are closing in 10 minutes, take him to Flannery! You have the audacity to send me a reminder that he needs shots when you know full well that I was forced to put him down because he had a stroke!
You are NOT a caring animal clinic, you care only about $$$$. My heart is broken and I'm still trying to get over the loss of my beloved Roastbeef and I get your reminder card in the mail! You should be ashamed to call your facility a caring animal clinic! Remove us from your computer! Something that should have been done a year ago

I have a 3.4 pound Yorkie, that was in need of a pretty tricky procedure to pull a tooth Where the jaw had degenerated, and there was a chance of breaking her jaw. dr. Rich did an amazing job and got it out without any breakage. I will definitely refer her to anyone with pets with severe dental problems. She is amazing!

OK so I wasn't sure if I was going to post this or not. My experience here today was absolutely awful. So to make a long story short I have been caring for my my mother's animals due to her passing recently. One of her cats became sick today so I called to try to get her in to be seen. I explained to the receptionist that the cat was coughing up blood and having problems with her breathing.
The receptionist asked asked if I was currently a client of theirs. I explained that I was not but my mother was. The receptionist then told me that since I'm not a client I should find somewhere else to go. I tried to explain that that the cat was coughing up blood and was having problems breathing. Her response was well you should find someone that is willing to take an emergency case because we are not.
I responded with "are you serious this cat is severely sick". Her response was yes we're not taking an emergency case and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. This is 100% the wrong way to do business they obviously do not care about people that are not there current clients are the pets.

We have three dogs that we boarded while we went away on Vacation. The people that took care of them were awesome! Especially since my dogs have to take medication. They made sure our pets were happy and comfortable. Picking up our little friends they didn't want to leave because they kept running back towards the building they stayed in. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back here the next time I go away. I am extremely impressed with how much care was given to them while I was away.

My friend had a sick feline and nurse Abbey was very comforting to us while our little one was being cared for. Walden Animal deli got us in last min, place was clean and organized. Dr was very nice and efficient. Abbey was our true highlight. We hope she never leaves and gets a well deserve review with advancement opportunities.
