I'm really disappointed with your veterinary hospital and the response I received when I called to have my very sick dog looked at. I was told that because he had a previous surgery to remove a cancerous mass off his lung that they would not treat him. Instead they recommended for me to take him to a veterinary specialty hospital in Brewster. I tried to make them understand that I only wanted palliative care for him at this stage of his life, but the receptionist again REFUSED to make an appointment and again told me to take him elsewhere.
How disappointing! However, it worked out for the best since I found excellent veterinary care at the Stone Cottage Veterinary Hospital where they provided me with palliative care for my dog.

I have taken my four dogs to Cornwall Veterinary Hospital since I moved to this area - the staff is always extremely friendly and very loving towards my animals. My senior dog had a multitude of issues and Dr. Eric was always very informative of what our next steps were. We recently put the dog down, and the staff was so caring to not only my family, but my dog. They created a very safe environment for a very delicate and heart wrenching situation.

We have been bringing our cat and dog to CVH for 5 years now and have received tremendous care. Would absolutely recommend. The doctors and nurses do an outstanding job treating our fur babies like a part of the family, remembering the details and showing genuine concern. They go out of their way to make us and our pets feel cared for. All at a very reasonable price.

I have been vet hopping since my long time vet passed away 8 years ago two years ago I went to Cornwall vet hospital when I was in a pickle with 3 of my dogs. I was taken some day price was beyond reasonable and the vet and staff was wonderful. 2 years later they have never failed my dogs or me. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and explain everything.the longest I've stayed with the same vet in 8 years and I have no reason to look elsewhere.

I find Eric to be unnecessarily hyper-verbal. I felt "talked at" instead of a part of a knowledge and observation-sharing discussion. I hoped for the latter. But, this establishment gets the job done in a pinch. I appreciate the staff for their kind and cordial professionalism. One can always count on them for the "pleasant" portion of the visits here.

I can't say enough good things about Cornwall Veterinary Hospital. They are extremely caring, kind, and wonderful to deal with. They really take their time to speak with you about your animals care, and I never feel like they are rushing me to get on to the next patient. They are honest with you and lay out all of the potential options.

We have been trusting Cornwall Veterinary Hospital with our furry family members for years now. They are welcoming, friendly and very thorough. I love the small feel of their practice, you feel like you are walking into their home; your pets feel more at easy. They are very kind and gentle. We had a few bad experiences at other hospitals until I found them. I don't trust anyone else in the area as much as I trust Cornwall Veterinary Hospital with our pets.
