The staff and the doctor we're both amazing hands-on compassionate and very gentle with Winnie knowing the severity of her injuries they took very good care of her and loved on her and made sure that she was very well taken care of while in their care, I will definitely make sure that all of my animals are taken back to Springlake Animal Hospital for any and all of their medical emergency and care needs.

Everyone was compassionate and caring for Teddy's health needs as well as my concerns. Thank you for helping my fur baby get better!

Very clean very very helpful their prices are a little higher than others didn't have a good experience lost my fiancee cat it had crystals and it's urinary tract and a blockage in his bowels had to have it put down so it wouldn't suffer because it had some birth defect and genetic effect even if I'd have done the surgery no guarantee it would have lived or had these problems again and they wanted $1,400 some dollars to do the surgery and then told me they would have to do other surgeries later on and I'd have to put the cat on a special food and diet and leave them with them for a week or more and they didn't have anything like some of the other vets have where you can surrender the animal for adoption or for somebody else to adopt the cat and pay for the surgeries and everything and they didn't work with any safe animal shelters for doing such either I wish my veterinarian that I take my pets to would have been open and would have been able to make an appointment they at least work with people on a budget and also do this other thing I was talking about with a surrendering the animal for adoption if the people can't afford it and they're nowhere as expensive and they do payment plans Bradford pet Care in Starke Florida that my veterinarian and very professional and clean and helpful and safe

It's unfortunate that I do not have an option to leave 0 stars. We are established with this office and have been for a while. We called to advise our female dog was extremely ill and they asked us to bring her in. We have years of experience with dogs and was very concerned our girl was showing classic signs of pyometra. We stressed this to the male vet on Wednesday when we dropped her off for them to do testing.

He advised us on Wednesday that an xray would be easiest due to her size and an ultrasound was not necessary. After the exam, labs and xray were completed they advised they couldn't make a diagnosis but gave her an IV and sent her home on antibiotics. They stated they didn't see any signs of blockages or pyometra. Thursday, Dr white called stating she was reviewing the testing from Wednesday and wanted to run one more set of labs with the remaining blood work she had in office.

We authorized her to run the lab, she then said that test was negative as well. Dr. White requested we bring her back in Friday for her to evaluate again. So Friday our girl spent the day with them for more testing and another IV to help her through the weekend. Again no ultrasound was completed and we were assured pyometra wasn't a concern. They sent her home with no diagnosis again. Sunday a vet tech called to check on our girl and we advised she was not doing well and they said to bring her back again on Monday they would evaluate one more time with a substitute vet.

On my way down Monday I decided it was time for a second opinion with a new vet. I went to black creek animal hospital and advised them what all has been done and what was going on still. They instantly took her in for an ultrasound and came back to advise me she has closed pyometra and needs emergency surgery. She was very close to rupturing. We proceeded with surgery and my girl came home happy and healthy the next day.

We called spring lake on Monday to advise them what all was being done and requested a call back from the vet or office manager. Not one person returned our call or even reached out to check on our girl. After having an established relationship with someone for so long we feel completely disregarded. Over $900 was spent on two days of testing with not one answer in regards to what was going on and no ultrasounds completed.

Her emergency visit and surgery cost less at black creek animal hospital than what was spent at spring lake. Still to this day not one return call over a week later. Completely dissatisfied.

I called four other vets in the area because my dog was having an allergic reaction, I think he ate a bee or a hornet and was allergic. His face was swollen and he had welts all over his body and Spring lake animal hospital was the only nearby hospital that would let him come in immediately. I didn't even have the paperwork filled out and they took him in the back because he could have gone into anaphylactic shock due to being allergic to whatever stung him.

Everybody there was so nice and professional and he was in and out so quickly! Also, when I got him home, I noticed that they cut his nails! You can tell they actually truly care about their animal clients and patients. This will be my new veterinarian from here on out. Never had better service from a veterinarian, thank you so much Spring lake animal hospital! I will refer anybody to this great veterinarian! The vet was great, the texts were great, the receptionist was great.

I already have the best experience every time we visit. It feels more like a family than a business. I've been going there for about 16 yrs, even drive over 2 hrs. Couldn't ask for better care!

When my previous vet could not figure out what was wtong with my cat over 6 months worth of visits and multiple diet changes, etc. Springlake got it right and fixed the problem in a single visit. They also helped me through a very hard time when I lost my 14 year old Labrador and have worked very well with all of my other pets, too. Highly recommend!

Professional caring staff that seem as is if they were born for this kind of work. Knowledgeable, patient, and caring people who genuinely adore every pet that comes through their door. Services are affordable and they will make every effort to accommodate you.

Great customer/client service. Price was a lot less than I had imagined. My dog us feeling so much better. They only negative is that the building could use a good cleaning and sprucing up. Nothing fancy, just the basics.

My little one woke up on a Wednesday not being his normal hyper self. I called his vet's office here in Starke but they wouldn't see him because Wednesday is surgery day. I looked around for a backup vet and after reading the reviews for Springlake I gave them a call. even though they were doing surgeries too they told me to bring him on in. As soon as I got there they immediately came out to take him inside for treatment. Thanks to them he's back to his normal self. not only that but they were cheaper than my normal vet.
