Our favorite vet works here. We followed her from another clinic to this one. Staff is friendly and things run on time. Check out is fairly quick, and you and your pet will be done in no time at all!

Kelly is an outstanding, compansionate DVM. She is loving, caring, and understanding the love we have for our fur baby. She is gentle and kind. We highly recommend her for the end of life with any fur baby. She walked us through from beginning to our last goodbyes and even checked on us a week later. We highly recommend Kelly to anyone who truly loves their family fur members and wants to be with them through all their days and then we know our babies know how much they are and were loved.

Thank you, Kelly for your wonderful and outstanding service. More role models are need like you in this field. It is so important and meaningful. As we have always believed, our fur babies are our family members, loyal and loving and so they deserve the respect of a family member all their life. Thank you again, Kelly.

Way overpriced! They're nice enough but the upselling and prices are ridiculous. My dog had an abscess and instead of pulling 1 or 2 teeth, which was the only option I had, to not miss my mortgage payment that month. she pulled 14! Didn't feel right and she said she wouldn't know till she got in there. We walked away with a $2,000 invoice. Just found out Animal Outreach does dental exams and work for 1/16th of the cost. Live & Learn. We've found a new vet. Felt trapped and taken advantage of.

Incompetent, shady and run-down. This vet will attempt to upsell you on unnecessary, overpriced procedures and medication. Their receptionist struck out after copying either my phone number wrong, address wrong, and reason for appointment wrong on all 4 times we visited. They have you constantly coming back for visits attempting to pad your bill every time, adding procedures that were not discussed when making the original appointment.

Last week, I came in for a booster shot for my puppy and they tried to sell me on many more shots, and then told me they could not see him because he needed a relaxant before they were willing to administer the shot - something they didn't tell us when we made the appointment. I pleaded and they said to come back next week, as if I have all the time in the world to break free to them during work hours.

The amount of extras they tried to tack on when I had my puppy fixed brought the bill to over $800. I had to have them go through each line item and whittle it down to about $650, which was still a ridiculous sum given their subpar office and staff. Their office is run down, with a decor stuck in the late 60s. For what they charge, you would expect a state-of-the-art vet facility. Lastly, their rules are ridiculous.

Only one person can go into a room at a time, and even then, they won't allow that person to be present when a shot is administered for what they claim to be "insurance reasons". I have been to many vets and never heard of such a policy. I'm taking my business elsewhere after trying them out. i doubt anyone in the area could be worse or more expensive.

I've had nothing but great experiences bringing my 3 dogs and 2 cats since moving to the area. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Best veterinary hospital in the area by far.

Everyone was was awesome! Very clear on everything from appointment times to diagnosis. Staff was very helpful and you did not feel rushed. Explanation of results were to the point and very clear. At no time did I feel I needed more information. I feel I made a good decision taking out pet to this facility. Prices are very fair.

Fabulous vet hospital: from Dr. Haas to all the professional staff! Do not hesitate to go there! They have a wonderful urgent care, we're there for us in our time of need! The best "bedside manner" from any vet i have been to. I transferred here from a vet i was with for about 20 yrs because of the attention to detail regarding my fur family. I had overheard a conversation with the doc and my buddy. Her explanations, tone and the apparent concern for his dog was what brought me to them and when one of my dogs went in for the first time, I was treated in the exact same fashion. I could tell they care about the animals and it deeply shows!

They resolved the health issue my pet was having. Staff was very polite and communicative. My pet had to stay there all day for the care he needed. They called me with regular updates throughout the day. The doctor also did a follow up phone call a few days later and answered all my questions. I am pleased with the service and would use them again.

The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. I have a very shy dog and they took the time to make her feel comfortable! The new veterinarian they have, Dr. Haas, is absolutely incredible she is very talented and cares about your pets! Best vet clinic in the area!

Dr. Haas and her team are wonderful! At our visit, we recieved the most heartbreaking news you can get when you take your beloved pets in to get checked out. My baby girl was 10, and was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer that had taken over. Dr. Haas was very clear on what the cancer was, what my options were, and what the outcomes would be.

She did it with kindness and straight forward. While we weren't able to save my girl, the team at Bowman were the best in providing me and Lila with compassion, and tenderness, and gave me the time I needed to grieve. And the sympathy card with handwritten notes from the staff was very touching and personal. I thank you sincerely!

Excellent customer service! May May really enjoys coming and seeing the gals that work there! They always make us feel so special and we can't imagine going anywhere else!

My animals and myself absolutely love Bowman Veterinary Hospital! Dr Haas is amazing, kind and very thorough with her exams. Jade has exceptional customer service skills and the Technicians love and care for every animal as if it were their own. Their prices are very fair for the exceptional service they provide. I Brought my kitten Lilo in for follow up care after a overnight stay in Emergency for seizures. When I left the Emergency Hospital I was scared, not knowing what was going on and if she would be ok. When we arrived at Bowman we were greeted by super sweet staff over the phone and due to Covid they come and take them inside for you-then the Veterinarian calls you!

All totally understandable and ok by me! I got a call from Dr Christine Haas- who explained everything to me in detail in regards to Lilo, what tests were recommended to be ran and why, what they would show her etc. The way it was presented to me was done in such a way that she was able to calm this crazed Mom down, I knew she was in good hands. Lilo was able to be stabilized on medication to prevent more seizures while the tests are being ran and I have my baby girl back!

We have had zero seizures since then and we have a treatment plan in place that we are working through with her. I love Bowman Veterinary Hospital and Dr Christine Haas, we will be lifelong patients!

Beyond disappointed and angered with this vet. Specifically CHRISTINE HAAS, DVM. After going here for almost 2 years with my dog's heart problems (CHF, enlarged heart) and spending thousands of dollars, today after my dog had an ECHO on her heart and they told me just how bad her heart is struggling they tried to hold my chihuahua hostage because they said she was due for her rabies vaccine.

I said absolutely not, was put on hold and then told that for their safety and my dog's safety she had to be vaccinated or else they couldn't see her. I told the woman "Kelly" that my dog had already been seen and I just wanted to pay and get my dog back with NO RABIES VACCINE. My husband had to call and tell them that they better give me my dog back and after I had a full blown panic attack and my husband called them they gave her back to me.

I have actually been told by a different vet that my dog should NEVER again get any vaccines because she has autoimmune problems. I told Kelly at Bowman this and she did not give a hoot. NEVER will I go back here or recommend BOWMAN vet!

The vets and vet techs here are great. They are friendly and gentle with our dog. We have been working with them on getting her seizures under control for the last month or so. The poor pup was still having a periodic seizure through her phenobarbital so they did some bloodwork for us and added in new medication to help keep it under control. They have been very helpful and caring under the circumstances and have answered all of our many, many questions.

I used to bring all of my animals here. However, under the new ownership of this clinic I will never return and advise anybody that reads this to do the same. I took my puppy here because he was vomiting and had low appetite, this place ran up a $584 bill on tests, medications, and foods. 2 days later my puppy declined significantly. So I took him to Atlantic st pet emergency center.

They said he showed clear signs of parvo. They tested him and said he had a terrible case of parvo, and he is now being held in emergency quarantine. The vet at Atlantic was angered by the fact that bowman didn't show any concern or test for parvo. Do not go to bowman vet hospital.

Wish I could give a zero rating. Every appointment is $600 + and all advice is opposite of my last two vets. Then they recommended putting my dog down because she has those lumps that dogs get now. New vet is very shocked that Bowman Veterinary Hospital would recommend killing my dog over lumps. I have many friends whose dogs have those lumps and I've never heard of a vet recommending putting their dog down.

Very disappointed in the new doctor's business practices. They missed my dog's lung cancer, but did make the time to recommend we pull several of her teeth. Second opinion from a different vet found no problems with her teeth. To add insult to injury, now we find ourselves on an automated email list, and despite several attempts by competent people, cannot unsubscribe. WTF, people? After 25 years doing business with this place, we are done.

Good people that work there. Only thing I didn't like is the over priced meds. I was in a couple of weeks ago and got some meds for my beagle and was charged $55. After the fact I found out I could get the exact same meds online for $17. I guess its all about greed!

I'm new to the area and They got me in last minute for my dogs skin issues. The vet was really nice and she really went above and beyond to give me tons of information.

This vet is great! My poor little beagle had a mass cell tumor growing in a rather sensitive area. They talked to me about options, and were informative but not pushy. These ladies are kind, caring, and actually look like they truly enjoy what they do.

Best vet! I can't say enough about bowman or thank them enough for helping me and my kitty mack! My kitty was so sick and unfortunately didn't make it but bowman helped so much and words can not describe how thankful I am of them and much they helped me during that hard time.

My whole family has been taking our pets here for years! Very friendly and knowledgable staff, and very gentle with the animals!

I am very protective of my pets, this is why I continue to drive 2 hours to have my pets seen here! Dr. Kominek is patient with all of my strange questions, and worries. The staff here is always willing to squeeze us in, and treat my 2 dogs and cat like they are angels! My husband and I would never take our pets anywhere else. We are lifers! Thank you for all of your amazing treatment!

This vet office is amazing! they care so much and are so genuine! they love my dog it seems as much as I do. They definitely go above and beyond to make you feel informed and they always call and check on our pup after he has been in. They definitely are not trying to scam any one, they are amazing and I would not go anywhere else!
