What makes All Pets Veterinary Hospital such a great place is their staff; they are all so helpful and understanding and professional. Having a staff of this caliber instills confidence in the Pet Parent when dealing with an aging animal. A good example is Javier; Javier is one of the first people to greet you when you call in. Javier has a very professional yet friendly attitude, he is a good communicator; Javier takes notes when you begin to tell him what you need help with; he will read back his notes to confirm your concerns and always follows through finding answers to my questions. I really appreciate having a person like Javier on the other end of the phone when I can about my old cat Tidus. Thank you All Pets for caring so much about my cat.

The staff at All Pets is very courteous and professional. They are very passionate about getting your pet taken care of and treated. What I really like about them is the reminders to your cell phone prior to your visit, so you don't forget. They are very thorough with your pet and knowledgeable to what may be required for your pet. I have two puppies and the staff loves them and treats them with great care.

They are not expensive and their prices are reasonable. They have treated both my puppies for routine care as well as vaccinations and my puppies are healthy as ever. All pets was recommended by my neighbor and I do recommend that you stop by to visit. They have a full range of services including a grinning section, so go and visit and I am sure you will be back.

I brought my dog here to get groomed since she is not able to get groomed at Petco any longer due to their recent policy changes. I was very pleased with the service I received here. I will recommend All Pets to anyone in need of a new groomer They did a great job!

I have been going to All Pets for many years and it is because I trust Dr. Evans' expertise with cats, plus she takes the time to explain what she finds and what she recommends as treatment. The level of professionalism at All Pets gives me confidence that my pets are getting the best care possible.

So helpful and organized. Reasonable rates and lots of doctors to choose from. The facility is very clean and well kept.

I love Dr. Evans and Dr. Caylor. Dr. Caylor just neutered my 2 new rescue kittens and Dr. Evans treated our oldest girl for an abscess. They are both so nice, informative, and make sure all of your questions are answered. The folks in reception are also very friendly and helpful, even though the wait to get to them can be a little frustrating. Their prices are reasonable and I am very happy to have read and took to heart all the wonderfully things people have said on NextDoor and Yelp. Great vets!

Our beautiful Pit Bull named Dishes aka Viscious went to Rainbow Bridge with the help of Dr Tran at All Pets. They were so compassionate and understanding. As we bald our eyes out, they had an escape route that led us outside to continue our grief. The next day I received a call from Sandra checking in on how we were doing. Then a very sweet card arrived in the mail again from Sandra. Very kind words of comfort. Although it's one of the hardest decisions, All Pets was courteous and understanding. I love them very much.

I have been taking my 7 year old dog to All Pets since he was a pup for both grooming and vet services. Since the pandemic, calling for any appointment is always met with long waits on hold and at times, but thankfully not often, rude incompetent staff. This morning I tried to make a grooming appointment and can not believe the rudeness I once again received by the person who answered.

I won't go into details about the conversation, I will just say this person who answered is in need of customer service training. When I asked to speak to her manager she told me I had to call back and hung up on me! I call back and same girl answers. She ignores my request to speak to a manager, talks over me, and puts me on hold. So I go on their website figuring I'll just email them and guess what?

You can't do that even though there is a email/contact us tab. Rumor has it that they are under new owners and that's why their services have declined, however, as far as I'm concerned there is no excuse.

Was greeted by front desk staff immediately. Not a long wait for room. Vet tech was very friendly and efficient in checking Gracie's ( dog) info and weight. Dr Evans, as always, was thorough and offered options for my dog's problem. The results so far have been excellent. Ellie Stanford

Well to start off I've brought my dog here over the past few years for checkups and vaccinations, but will no longer bring him here. The staff were very dishonest and aggressive towards my dog. We came in for a checkup and nail trim. They said they would trim his nails, but if he wasn't manageable to bring him back after medication was given to him to calm him down.

They took on the job without the medication and were very aggressive towards him which resulted in them injuring his eye and the inside of his mouth on both sides. The dr came in to explain that my dog induced the injuries on himself and that the trim was on the house. The dr lied to me and only mentioned the cheek injury on one side. He didn't mention both or the eye injury.

He said it was nothing. It looked like nothing because they wiped the blood so I wouldn't notice. Both the dr and staff were quick to excuses and explanations on the cheek injury, but didn't even apologize for being so aggressive towards my dog. He said my dog was too excited and caused those injuries which doesn't make sense. The next day I observed his nails and they looked the same.

They didn't even trim his nails, so of course it was on the house. How could they charge me for a service that was not performed. It appears they held down my dogs mouth with hangers and ripped both of his cheeks. Now they are infected, and my dog is traumatized and in pain. I called in to notify them of my dogs condition. The manager said that I would be responsible for some of the bill, but why would I be if they induced the injuries on my dog.

I don't trust them with my dog. If I brought him in again they would most likely be aggressive again. Now I have to pay to treat the injuries they induced on my dog. I rather take him somewhere else where they treat pets with care. They just wanted to get us out as quickly as possible because we were the last patients. Very unethical practices going on here. Think twice before bringing your pets here.

Ive been coming in with my MIL and her old baby for a couple months now and i cant say enough how much i love it here. The receptionists are always so sweet despite being as busy as they are, Alexandra was very tentative and helpful. The nurses are always so kind and knowlegable Amanda helped us after my inlaw's dog had a scary vet visit and surgery recently, my MIL started crying in the room while talking about her baby and the nurse was so quick to console her.

She told my MIL that emergency visits are always scary but with a mom like her, her baby would have all the support she needed to recover. Ive been taking my own babies to banifield for years but i may have to make a switch to all pets

The best vet. Have taken care of all of our cats for 30+ years. From simple check ups to some very serious problem. We are very comfortable with and trusting of all of the staff, especially Dr Evans. Highly recommend

I love Dr. Evans she is the best. The receptionist are always very friendly and very helpful especially Sandra. They are very caring about the pets and you can feel If they are truly concerned about our animals. My Khloe is always well taken care of there and I wouldn't go any other place.

We've been clients here over 10 years and for all our general veterinary needs they are great. Dr. Caylor and his team really are nice people and caring professionals who do a thorough job all the time. Good rates for an excellent service & facility.

Caring and professional. I have adopted all my dogs. Dr. Evan's is so fantastic with dealing with dogs who might have social issues from being in the shelter. I love that All Pets works with the local rescues. I can't say enough wonderful things about All Pets.

I have been taking my pets to this vet for 20 years, Dr. Caylor is AMAZING! I have basically taken my dog to him ONLY. I've recently had some emergencies with my dog and have needed appointments same day, which is hard to get with Dr. Caylor. I have seen Dr. Alisha Tran twice now and cannot say enough good things about her! She is caring, kind, loving to my big pitbull mix and has been very thorough in her exams. Bodie loves her! I highly recommend Dr. Tran, she is wonderful!

Have given All Pets veterinary my business for the last 12 years both for my dog and cat. Love Dr. Evans and her services. But her front desk staff are the most incompetent and uninformed people They don't know anything they don't follow up with appointments give wrong information. There seems to be no training or experience in how to handle anything I'm sorry Dr. Evans you get what you pay for your front desk staff just plain doesn't care about your patients.

Please hire people who know what there doing and how to speak with customers You can contact me anytime To add to my review I did not mean that All Pets does care about there patients because you do care. I do realize it is a difficult time. But customer service is key from the people you meet or speak with first. I'm sorry if I have given you the wrong indication. Our pets are our family and I trust All Pets totally

I want to thank this establishment from the bottom of my heart, lost my senior cat kitty a few days ago and they made it so comfortable for us during such a difficult time. I especially want to thank Sandra she was the sweetest soul ever she genuinely feels for people and their pets she went above and beyond and I thank her for that.

We've been clients at this hospital for over 10 years now; have always gotten personalized, high quality care here. Recently we were here to accompany the owner of a difficult fractious adult dog (adopted as an adult) and Dr. Meyers and her team were excellent. Although we were unable to complete the vaccinations the dog was due for, Dr. Meyers gave her very best try and was very understanding and helpful. A+, I can only apologize for the dogs' behavior but thank you very much for your thorough effort and the exam that was done.

I have used All Pets for my dog and cats since I moved to the Palos Verdes area in 1996. Dr. Evans has been a mainstay in our lives. I am convinced my dear special needs cat Joey would not be alive without her care. I couldn't recommend All Pets any higher.

I have been bringing my animals here for close to 18 years. Not once have I ever had an issue with them. They take great care of me and my animals. Every tech and Vet in this clinic are compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone with animals.

The vets there are the best in the Doith Bay- unfortunately, the gal at checkout is horrible. I have had 3 chances to be offended and put down by her and just heard from a friend that had the same experience. This young woman needs to go. She is ruining the best vet service by her snarky and demeaning attitude. I don't want to deal with her ever again, nor do we want our pets coming into contact with her out of eye sight. Why would you keep her?

Great Doctors, staff, and groomers! My 1year old king charles actually loves coming here. He loses his mind when we pull up. All help with his care has been clear and concise.

They do a good job at grooming. However, when my cat was sick they couldn't get him in unless I paid an extra $150, then they would see him right away!

I can't speak highly enough about the incredible grooming team here in Emily and Mike. I have a Siberian Husky, a breed notoriously hairy and that sheds more than a bit, and they do an absolutely immaculate job. They even offer a de-shed treatment, which is perfect for dogs that shed a lot. If you are looking for a groomer in this area, you would be hard pressed to fine a better option.

BEWARE.If your pet is currently a patient at All Pets or you're considering taking your pet-family member-fur baby to All Pets, make sure you understand the Vets diagnosis and the diagnosis makes sense with the symptoms your pet is experiencing. In my situation, the Vet, Dr. Meyers miss-diagnosed my dog's condition and she died within 10 hours after her appointment.

All Pets was gracious enough to refund my $700 for Dr. Meyers doing N.O.T.H.I.N.G for my dog. However, the refund does not replace the loss of my beloved 6.5 year old fur baby or mend my broken heart.

Our family loves AllPets. Our dog has gone for his dental needs in the past, but we recently decided to continue all of his primary care with them as our former vet has taken a sabbatical. There was no question that we'd continue everything with Dr. Caylor at AllPets. Besides being so competent, he has this really great personality as I see it with our dog and with myself.

I can honestly say that we've had many wonderful veterinarians over 20+ years, but Dr. Caylor is definitely one of our all-time fav's. Side note- people should keep in mind that wait times everywhere have increased for a number of reasons, and definitely as a result the pandemic. Just because we, as individuals, experiencing certain freedoms now as opposed to a year ago doesn't mean businesses aren't still suffering so BE KIND and stop complaining about wait times.

The front desk and those answering the phones are rude and unprofessional. A wait of 10 minutes or more just to have someone to pick up and help you. You can't go inside with your pet and need to wait in the parking lot for an hour before they will call you for your appointment. Recently my dog was in extreme pain and crying yet they said they did not have an opening for 5 days to see a doctor. Don't waste your time or money with this place. They don't have any empathy or kindness toward you or your pet. I do NOT recommend.

Horrible. The doctor that we see is very nice and knowledgeable. However, they have training issues with the staff that answer calls. I asked the doctor to call me for our 15-year dog on Monday. She needs surgery and I had additional questions. Today is Friday and I am still waiting for a call. I believe that they don't pass the message to the doctor.

Honestly I was nervous to take my puppy for his second shots because I had an awful and I mean awful experience with this other vet called Peninsula pet clinic in San Pedro. But man this was the best experience I had for my puppy yorkie. Dr. Tran thank you so much! my puppy came back home very satisfied unlike that other clinic.

HORRIBLE! I experienced a very rude receptionist answering the phone when I called as a new patient at 3 pm on 5/28/2021. I had an important question to ask, to see if they do advanced testing (for an enlarged spleen). They refused to let me ask this question. The conversation went as follows after waiting on hold for long time: "Hi I would like to find out about being a new patient but I had a question first." "Is this a dog?" I said it was cat and asked if I could ask a question.

Her response was "How old is the cat?" I said "Well can I ask a question first?" She said "How old is the cat?" When I repeated my question "Can I ask a question--will you do advanced testing on a spleen?" She said "We won't take you as a new patient." I assumed she would have told me that at the beginning, so this must mean they don't take new patients who ask questions?

Or are they discriminating against taking a pet based on its age? Are they allowed to legally? She never disclosed the cut off age. There is a more diplomatic way to express that this business does discriminate based on age. Is there a reason to keep it secret if they do advanced tests like ultrasounds? Maybe they don't have those capabilities and want to hide that information? I'm so perplexed.

She had the worst attitude and would not answer one question. I can imagine the nightmare of going to a place like this with a sick cat and you can't ask a question--completely rude and inconsiderate communication. It was very unprofessional.

We have taken our 4 dogs to Dr. Evan's for almost 20 yrs. She has been an excellent vet. She is extremely caring and compassionate. Wonderful with the animals. In addition, we use their grooming services. Emily is the best. We highly recommend them.

In the past few years trips to the vet hospital seem to have become a thing with our senior german shepherd. we've gone through many vets and none seem to care about our dog like all pets veterinary hospital did. there's a worker there by the name of alyssa and i had the best time working with her. she answered every question i had she even provided support when we were talking about the possibility of having to put our dog down (thank god we didn't have to!) over my recent visits there my dog has grown to love alyssa and would always make sure to go say hi to her. so thank you alyssa and all pets vet for taking care of my dog!

Mom's precious little geriatric dog had his second seizure so we scheduled another appointment yesterday with whomever was on call. So happy to report that every vet I have seen, three now, is fantastic. They all take whatever time you need to answer your questions, provide options and give realistic, affordable solutions, knowing you are talking about family members and lifestyles.

In the dog's case, it has been Drs. Caylor and Tran. Our cats have received excellent care from Dr. Meyers. Over three decades, we have been to several vets in the area, but I'm loyal to All Pets for their consistent customer care to both animals and humans.

The veterinarians here are absolutely wonderful! So kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and just fun. They have cared for our dogs for years from everything to upset stomachs to oral surgery. I'm leaving one star off because the front desk staff are always a bit disorganized and flaky; we've had multiple instances of them messing up medication orders and not making appointments. You kind of have to stay on top of them to make sure your records and meds are accurate. But, love Drs Kaylor and Tran!

Had to give one star, just to be able to leave my experience. I USED TO USE THIS FACILITY RELIGIOUSLY? Then it was sold and ever since these new owners its shifted from being a fur family member care center to an animal hospital. Called a few days ago made today's appointment for 4:30pm, for one of our cats and one of our dogs. Arrived 4:12pm.the receptionist was all over the place - couldn't find records etc.

Finally after 15-20 minutes told me to wait in car and someone be out to get the "animals", 30 minutes later the Doctors nurse calls me to get history. I let her know I had to leave to go and use a restroom somewhere, we got all the history correct. I get back to the clinic at 5:03, now.the Doc says she can't see both my pets! I will have to reschedule my dog.just smh

Horrible service I made the mistake of bringing my dog here 2 times. Both times I was called to pick up. Both times had to wait an additional hour while they are " wrapping things up" So I ended up loosing 3 hours each day just for drop-off and pick up Very confused ambiguous explanations of why this happens. Totally unprofessional customer service. I use to live in Marina Del Rey It took about 10 minutes there. Do yourself a favor and choose another location

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had never been there before and my new dog had hurt her back. All pets got me an emergency appt. I got in within 30 minutes and seen shortly after that. The fees were a bit steep but that's what happens with emergencies. The follow up appt. With shots was very reasonable.

Amazing. That summarizes my experience with Dr. Caylor, Dr. Evans, and all of the staff at check-in and check-out. The level of empathy, attentiveness, and patience that they demonstrated each and every visit makes them a 5 star vet. This place is top-notch with extremely fair pricing. Do not hesitate to take your pets here. My Italian Greyhound was experiencing back and dental issues.

At first I was actually seeing a different vet from down the street, but I felt they had a very take it or leave it approach which really rubbed me the wrong way. I came to All Pets for a second opinion and was so happy that I did. I will only bring my dog to All Pets going forward. The doctors were all extremely patient with me, answering all of my questions and never made me feel like I was wasting their time.

They were also very gentle with my dog, who is a fragile breed and has a rather delicate personality. My dog's dental procedure was a success and she is back to her normal self thankfully. Thank you to All Pets for taking such great care of my little girl.
