While we arent 1st time pet owners, we have not owned a cat in quite a while. We adopted Pugley 3 weeks ago from MAL and we had him checked out here. I have to say the treated Pugley very well. Dr. Flanagan answered our questions about his health and activated his microchip. Overall it was a positive experience for Pug and my husband and I. We did not like having to sit in the hallway when the waiting room was empty, but with covid we understand.

Dr Conley is the best! She was exceptionally kind, empathic, and gentle with our cat and us, when he needed to be put to sleep recently. The rest of the staff, especially Dawn, who coordinates appointments, are exceedingly kind. All of them are expert, knowledgeable professionals. You know your pet is in safe loving hands while receiving care, if you are unable to go in with them. An exception is made, if you are putting your pet to sleep. We have used their services, since our first cat in 1988. Go to them! You and your pet will be happy!

Willard Vet has cared for two of my pets over the past 5 years. My cat received amazing care for many years until she passed. We continue to appreciate everything the team at Willard Vet does for our new puppy! They are helpful, honest, thorough and so sweet with our animals.

Don't waste your time or money with Willard. Prices are high and results are abysmal. Went in for a problem with my pet, was given medication for it. Problem didn't go away when the medication was finished, had to go back in for a recheck and another medication. Finished that round of predication and problem didn't go away. Called to speak to the vet and the only way to speak to the vet is to schedule an appointment, why?

So they can charge you again. Horrible customer service, the Receptionist Dawn was very unprofessional on the phone and hung up on me twice. The money you pay at Willard is definitely not worth the treatment of your pet or experience. Save your money and go elsewhere!

This visit everyone was kind and professional. I find taking my cat Mellow to the veterinarian is more stressful for me then a doctor's visit for myself! My other cat handles it well but poor Mellow she hates it. Everyone was very kind to her and to me. Dr. Peterson is always professional and very compassionate. Dawn impressed me by answering all my questions she's so smart and informative and calmed me.

And Megan was so patient when comforting me. I don't know the name of the tech who took the cat in and later returned her but she is always so nice and gentle with my Mellow. And most of all thank you for offering evening hours. I hope someday we will be able to go inside with our animals but I understand the current situation.

My Shiba Inu, Kai, had some eye issue and they got me in same day! I do not remember the name of the tech but her and Dr. McVicker were great(Kai is not the friendliest when visiting a doctor!). Very understanding and explained everything really well. Came here approx. 7 years ago before moving out of state and now came back to the same great experience. Prices are reasonable and what you should expect. 10/10 recommended.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and love ALL the doctors at Willard. They have helped me with all my pets. So compassionate and are always willing to educate you on your pets health needs. I will not go anywhere else for basic care.

I have a 10 month old Patterdale Terrier. She is a small (20 lb) very strong willed, high energy, high drive dog. Willard vet was unable to provide Rosie with care and suggested that I put her on anti anxiety medication. Rosie does not need anti anxiety medication. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you have a high drive, working breed. Rosie is a Patterdale from farm lines that is a beast but also great if just ask her to be! Takes a few basic commands and she follows through. Also, for those that don't know that breed it's like having a Malinios and a velociraptor trapped in a tiny body. Medication to make her be a version of herself that she's not!?!? Also, why would you say "keep trying to hug her". SHE DOESNT WANT TO be hugged! She's under a year!

The people here are so wonderful. They are professional, informative, friendly, and handle the pandemic situation well. They do a great job of looking after our cat and even have the medications and food he needs in-house. We will definitely be coming back and don't even want to move too far away so we can keep coming back.

We have had a great experience with all the doctors over there. They always show compassion, they are attentive to your pets needs and they listen to your concerns without rushing. Thank you for all you do!

Yes, that's my computer screen, and that's Tillie Sue, making sure I take the time to write a review and thank Willard for looking out for her well being! The staff at Willard genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Connolly is my primary vet, although I should point out that each of the doctors who I have seen have been thorough and compassionate.and wonderful to work with. Dr. Connolly takes the time to listen, provide research, materials, she thinks out side of the box, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the best for her clients: which includes both me and my pet.

On a side note, even the office is testimony to her attention to detail, carefully designed for practical purposes, and comfort as well as whimsy, with paw prints even stamped in the ceiling tiles! Tillie Sue gives Willard a big Paws Up!
