The clinical staff (techs) did not have any answers to the questions I asked. They weren't polite. An appointment that should have only taken 10 minutes turned into just over an hour. We never saw a doctor. The tech wasn't knowledgeable about veterinarian services, how to complete her job, standards of practice, and overall common knowledge of dogs.

In regards to the wildly inaccurate review by Robert Dredden, you can ask anyone in the lobby that day that this man came in angry and aggressive, was asked to have his pet on a leash because there are SIGNS EVERYWHERE. He was even shown the many hooks on the wall with free leashes for anyone who needs them when he almost immediately replied "MAN F*** Y**" to a staff full of Woman.
He then became so aggressive that the Groomer had to come up front to get him to leave the lobby as there were other clients like myself, who felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Anyone "Man" who could so freely use that type of language to a complete stranger, much less younger woman, renders their bad review null and void. The hospital is clearly not the problem here. Side note, pretty sure it's some type of unlawful to take a photo of a woman and post it on the internet bud.
