We ask that you wait in the parking lot unless otherwise specified by the doctors or staff during your pets exam. As well as offering cash and credit card options (Visa, MasterCard, & Discover) we participate in the following forms of pet care payment. From routine appointments to emergency situations or surgeries, the CareCredit card gives pet owners the peace of mind needed to care for pets big and small.
Both Dr. Prelis are so nice & knowledgeable and we've been going to Dr. Preli for over 20 years. They are expert vets and show huge compassion for animals. I highly recommend Companion Animal Hospital! 5 stars! They are the most caring, loving and intelligent people. You are treated like family from the moment you walk in, and the care you'll receive is simply the best!

Still being curbside makes the experience feel rushed and maybe allows them to crank through more customers. If I'm paying for a service, the care being given should be transparent. Never given a quote, just a huge bill at the end with no demonstration or discharge instructions on how to care for my pet or properly give medications. I've been going here for a long time but have been steadily losing trust in their mission/values.

They're still curbside even though a lot of vets are not and I cannot help but feel like the intention with that is to do whatever tests they please and then inform the customer later what extra expenses they have to pay without them being in the room. I have been informed by MULTIPLE people that they are more in it for the money than your pet and I believe it now. I will no longer be taking pets here.

Both Dr. Ken Preli and Dr. Stephanie Preli are great. I've been bringing my cats to Dr. Ken for years. The staff is very professional always there to answer any questions. Veterinary costs can be outrageous they seem to be fair and have payment options available should you need it. There cost effective vaccine program is helpful. The Vet Techs are knowledgeable and listen to my concerns. I am very happy and will continue to bring me bring my fur babies to them.

When my sister moved to Stratford, she searched for a clean, well run vet. She visited over 5 places in our area and found Companion Animal Hospital. So when i moved it was easy. I have two dogs and a cat and they are so well taken care of by the team. Great support staff, love the vet techs and the Drs. Preli.father and daughter team. I trust them with my pups and my cat dog.you should too

I love Companion Animal Hospital and have been going here for about 4 years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and really care about your pets. The veterinarian will call you during your visit with updates and advice before any procedures are done. During COVID-19, they practice social distancing and wear mask and gloves at all times. Right now appointments are curbside which is great so there is no need to go in. Staff will come right out to get your pet. Make sure your pet is on a leash!

I had a dog physical within the year and they wanted me to come back 2 months early for another check in prior to refilling flea/tick guard. They had only given me a 6 month supply at previous visit. They do everything necessary and more then necessary to make money. I would rather go with someone that cares.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary hospital. When our cat got hurt after accidentally escaping our apartment, Dr. Stephanie did an extraordinary job saving him and healing his injuries. I'm so thankful we went to them and would recommend it to everyone. All the people who work here are so friendly and helpful, and you can tell they really care about the wellbeing of your pets.

Dr Ken Preli has been helping me with my cat's bowels. He listens to me and has a great bedside manner with my pet. Explaining what should be done and explains again if i needed more info. Office and patient rooms have always been clean, no odd smells wafting through. Parking is great. Plenty of natural light in the waiting room. I can call and 'check up' on my girl when she has to stay there.
