Dr. Levison has been providing excellent care for my dog since he was 4 months old, he's now 7 years old. She's an exceptional professional, she is very caring and accurate. The staff at Symphony makes us feel so welcomed, they are kind, sweet and helpful.

Immediately got an appointment day-of for my sick kitten! Staff are very friendly and my kitten got a pain-free shot (and lots of treats!). Update: I changed my review from 5 stars to 4 stars simply because of the receptionists' attitude. Some are nice and accommodating but some are extremely rude. They won't answer your questions and act defensive over the # of times they have called you.

I needed a note on medication from the vet but unfortunately the call dropped and the receptionist essentially told me to either pick up the medications or leave it. Your facility won't thrive with rude service!

Dr Levison is a deeply caring, knowledgeable and thorough veterinary doctor. She is attuned to our dog's special needs (Myasthenia Gravis and Megaesoohagus). She gets back to us for any further questions even on days she is off. Our dog adores her and when he hears her name he trots to her office, so eager to get in. Dr Levison never orders unwarranted tests or procedures.

The front office women are personable, wonderful. Same for the technicians. The office is inviting, clean, lovely. Have been very happy for six years with Symphony Vet, including during the pandemic.

I have been taking my cats to Symphony Vet for 10 years and have always received outstanding care. We love Dr Levison, she is caring, knowledgeable and responsive and we trust her fully with our kitties' care! Updating this review with yet another great experience yesterday. Everyone was super sweet handling one of our ferocious felines who needed extra sedation for exam and blood test! Everyone safe and happy

My dog had an appointment with the vet tech. I couldn't find a place to park. A vet tech came to the lobby to take her for check up; and, front office staff called when she was ready. The doctor called me to discuss future plans for Luna. When you have an older dog, it is very much appreciated to have understanding staff and doctors.

Going downhill. We used them for 15 years for our now deceased cat. We have a new puppy and our experience so far has been so bad. The vet herself is very knowledgeable and nice. It seems they are just understaffed and probably have too many clients. Our puppy has had severe diarrhea since a vaccine. Three days since we called this place and still no resolution. A series of unreturned calls and unkept promises. Better off with a place focused on close care.

Just moved into the neighborhood and had our first visit at Symphony Vet. I am generally an anxious person and always concerned for the happiness and comfort of my cat, so this was a stressful day for me and him, but it went so much better than I could have imagined. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, everything was very Covid-safe, and the vet was incredibly thorough and kind. I'm so happy to have this vet office a few blocks away from me. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mercutio!

I attended symphony vet center for the first time with my newly adopted pup. The receptionists were very kind and attentive. Dr.muller was very kind and told me everything I should do with my dog in order to get him used to brushing his teeth. The vet tech was also very nice and caring while holding him down for his blood withdraw. They know what they are doing and made me feel good about my selection in clinic. Roscoe adored everyone there.

Symphony Vet has been my veterinary service for 3 cats since 2005 or so. Today Nov. 21, 2021 was an especially tough day with an emergency and they immediately accommodated my urgent request, with compassion and expertise. All the vets at Symphony are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and have possessed an extraordinarily affectionate manner with my cats!.

Because I have had a number of emergencies with my cats over the years, I have worked with the various vets at Symphony, which is why I can confidently comment about the overall great quality of work and manner from the vets there on staff. The technicians are great and kind, the front office staff is kind and responsive. It's a really, really great veterinary practice for your beloved pets!
