Always so supportive. When you’re in the stressful moments of having to bring your pet to the hospital they really help ease the stress. Very welcoming and kind staff.

Went to see the vet for a check up prior to boarding. Dr. White was super professional, amazing to talk to, very understanding to my dog and her situation. Usually I’m anxious going anywhere with my pup because she’s a bit fear reactive but, he was confident in handling her, administered her shots and everything else was easy. The whole experience really put me and my pup at ease. Glad to have found this place first almost immediately after moving nearby.

I brought my 5 kitties here before we moved overseas and the two vets we saw were really fantastic. They took their time with me and my many questions, and were genuinely caring and considerate of the cats' individual needs. The office staff were also very helpful and efficient with booking appointments. We had a lot of paperwork that needed doing and they were excellent.

The veterinarians and staff at the Court Square location of LIC Vets are amazing. They took such good care of my dog (and me! emotionally) during a very scary time. I cannot praise or thank them enough!

The facility is very new and nice. I'm giving a 2 star review because they cancelled a really important dental cleaning for my dog the MORNING OF. I had not given him any food or water the night before and I fully agreed to their very high prices for dental cleaning, but they called me the morning of the cleaning to cancel. Was really disappointed and I will be finding another vet.

In addition, when I call I'm typically on hold for a VERY long time. Their on hold message says they are experiencing an unprecedented increase in demand for vet care, BUT. they always have two people working the front desk, so I'm not sure this is the case. Also, I've gotten testing done for my dog (paying their very high fees) and twice now, I have had to call myself to find out the results. They don't even let you know what the results are after you pay their exorbitant fees.

Update - unfortunately I have to update my original review. The necessary assistance required after surgery was non existent. After my dog's two week post op - there were obvious signs of complications. The surgeon who performed the surgery could not be contacted for nearly 2 weeks. The doctor who examined my dog during her 2 week post op did not call back within that two week waiting period offering not even an apology for the inconvenience. Luckily, I decided to instantly take action and find another institution who found me immediate answers.

The technicians here are phenomenal but please do not use this office for any orthopedic issues. Unfortunately, this office is associated with a surgeon who is non-responsive during post op which is the most crucial time. I understand my dog is not the only in the world - but two week response time after surgery is just unacceptable. The response from the marketing manager/director in regards to this review does not address the concerns I had with the non existent communication received after surgery from the actual surgeon who performed the unsuccessful surgery.

The doctor who performed the recheck after surgery could not determine my dogs knee was once again out of place. You authorized a prescription and release of medical records after I requested them to transfer my pets care to another facility. Again, please choose to associate your institution with an orthopedic surgeon who is responsive and who is willing to follow through to see to a patients full recovery.

Parking can be tough but the doctors & staff are amazing. I have and continue to recommend them & LIC Veterinary center to everyone I know

I'm so glad I found this group. Not only did they treat my baby so well, they were also kind to me. They took their time explaining each procedure and why it needed to be done. I can confidently say that I will definitely be back for my dog's next round of shots and usual checkups. Thanks Court Sq!

Has very good and responsive staff, from the front desk reception, veterinary technicians, and the veterinarians at this Court Square location. When I ask them for additional information, they respond immediately, or check and verify the information before they get back to me. Very clean facilities and efficient operations. They are attentive with my pets and especially patient and adept with my often nervous pets. I have already recommended this clinic, and their sister clinic on Vernon Blvd., to others.

We love this vet! I was at the other location in LIC (which was also great), but relocated to Court Square when it opened. Front desk staff is awesome and super friendly. The vets themselves are also great and very knowledgeable. Of course my cats are not the biggest fans of coming here, but this place checks all the boxes for me!

This is by far the best Vet I have ever been to. Their staff are all awesome and friendly. My cat absolutely hates going there (he's a fighter) but they are so professional and get the job done easily and accurately. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have dogs / cats for the last 15 years. Through out all this time I have taken my dogs/cats to a lot of different places. I have never ever felt so comfortable been at a vet's office. The Vet, nurse and assistant were extremely knowledgeable and amazing with my dog they are very professional. They were able to help me understand the issue my dog had. they offered my dog a treat once they walked into the room then they took a picture of him for his chart after sometime the doctor came and she was extremely gentle but you can tell she was working extremely careful and focused on the aim target. The other vet I took my dog asked me to take him to another vet to have him checked which I did and boy I am glad I did! will bring my puppy here from now on.

The doctors and staff at Eastside Animal Hospital care first and foremost about your animal. They are absolutely wonderful and I am now going to take all my animals over to East Side Animal Hospital they are simply wonderful.

East Side Animal Hospital is beyond excellent! If you want the very best for your pet this is the place! I would not leave my pet at other place and highly recommend this place for the very best of health care too! Thank You for giving the best care and attention to my pride and joy Bravo!---and Bravo loves all of you too!
